THE SPACE:

Living Room:
Spread out on the comfortable L-shaped sectional in our spacious open concept living room, perfect for lounging with loved ones. A large 75" TV is ready for entertainment, and a real wood fireplace sets the scene for cozy evenings.

Kitchen & Dining:
A fully stocked open concept kitchen with a central island invites culinary creativity. The adjacent dining area offers a comfortable space to share meals, with patio doors leading to a deck.

Home Office:
Stay productive in our dedicated home office space, designed with your work needs in mind. A spacious desk provides ample room to spread out, and comfortable seating ensures you can work with ease. Enjoy natural light streaming in through the windows, creating an inviting atmosphere for tackling tasks or catching up on emails.

Master Bedroom:
Relax in the king-sized bed of the master suite, complete with a 55" TV, walk-in closet and en suite bathroom for added comfort and convenience.

Additional Bedrooms:
Choose from three more well-appointed bedrooms. One features a King bed, another a Queen, and the last a Full, ensuring ample space for all guests.

Bathrooms:
Enjoy three bathrooms, including two full baths and a conveniently located half bathroom on the lower level. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided.

Outdoor Area:

The host was very welcoming and always responded to questions right away. To us, it felt like our home away from home and was very clean and spacious. The amenities were very good, and the location was great. We will be back.

House was exactly like they were shown in the photos. Perfect location to the Fox River Mall area. We had adults and a newborn - girls shopping trip, which was perfect for this house. Huge house with great amenities! Would stay again!

Brooke was great! The house was a wonderful place with plenty of room and the amenities were a bonus! Loved the outdoor patio, the basement, plenty of seating and the decor was great! My family was very comfortable here! The location is perfect as well! Right down the street from the airport and very close to the mall and grocery stores!

Lovely home!

What a beautiful and well appointed home! We were in town for my son's wedding. This was so much more comfortable and relaxing than a hotel room.it is close to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay

Enjoyed the house, was conveniently located, kitchen well appointed, super clean, had all we needed and more. One caution - if you are tall, watch your head when in the kitchen near the vent hood, it sits pretty low. Other than that, was a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Appleton Wisconsin. The home was clean and spacious, and the yard well landscaped. The neighborhood was perfect for a daily stroll, quiet, and close to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with spices, salt and pepper, dishes, decent pots and pans, baking sheets, muffin tins, etc. Spices are often not provided in similar rentals so that was a major plus. Snack type foods were available on the counter, and although we did not use them, it was a nice touch, especially for people travelling for 16 hours who may just want to rest before heading to the store for groceries. I set my laptop up in the office and that room gives a nice view of the neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. We had to figure out how to turn the shower on in the master bath...hint, its on the faucet and you pull it down. Maybe a small sign should be put in that room, since it really was difficult for us to figure it out. The rental provided nice quality towels and washcloths, and although we brought our own bath supplies, they did provide body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was nice to have a laundry area, and we did bring detergent and fabric softener in the event we needed to use the washer and dryer.

Brooke is an excellent host, kind and caring. She communicates quickly. This is a large home in a lovely safe and quiet neighborhood that’s very close to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend this property.
