We're fully pet friendly, there's just a $40 one time pet fee per pet charged at booking.



The studio offers a queen bed and all the basics you'll need for your home base while exploring all colorado springs has to offer. It also offers a microwave and mini fridge including plates, cups and everything you may need during your stay. Our space is available for nightly stays as well as monthly stays.



Guest Access:

We offer contactless check-in with smart locks, and a fully contactless stay experience. We have on call staff 24/7 for anything you may need. The property also has a shared clothes washer and dryer in the office room.



The Neighborhood:

The property is located directly in between Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, and Garden of the Gods park. Additionally, within a 2 minute walk there's a Walgreens as well as a Safeway grocery store.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop on the other side of the street with a bus line that goes directly to Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, or downtown Colorado Springs.
