The space
The property offers three parking spaces under the house with outdoor stairs leading to the entrance. Upon entering the house, you will find an open entryway complete with bench storage for shoes and sandals. Three of the four bedrooms are located on this level. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with an en suite bathroom featuring a large soaker tub and a private balcony. There is a Pack n' Play with sheets in the closet. The second bedroom has a queen, and the third has a twin over full bunk bed. These bedrooms share a balcony overlooking the community pool. A hall bathroom and the laundry closet complete this floor.

The second floor offers an open plan living area with views from the kitchen to the dining and living areas. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meal prep. The dining area has a table and counter space for all ten guests. The living room is designed to be a place of relaxation and gathering with comfortable seating, a television, games, and books. The balcony off the living room offers space for outdoor dining and relaxation while taking in the views from the ocean and intracoastal waterway. In addition, the fourth bedroom with a queen bed is on this level with a three-quarter bathroom across the hall. The fourth balcony is accessible from the bedroom as well as the hallway.

Beach Access:

Beach Access #25:
Exit the house to the right, cross S. Topsail Dr. (Rt. 50) and turn left (north), walk past a few houses until you reach the sandy cut-through. Take the cut-through to S. Shore Dr. and turn left, walk past a few more houses until you reach the sign for the entrance to access #25. There is a new white beach house to the left of the access. This entrance has multiple stair steps to get over the dune and down to the beach.

Beach Access #26:
Exit the house to the right then turn right onto the sidewalk that parallels S. Topsail Dr. Walk past the undeveloped area and cross the street at the corner of Winward and S. Shore Dr. The sign for access #26 will be in front of you. There is a yellow house, "Shore Sensations," to the left of the beach access. This entrance has minimal stair steps to get to the beach. The beach wagon we provide easily moves over these steps.

Additional Rules:
TRASH!! The trash and recycling cans must be placed next to the mailboxes. Trash and recycling pick-up is early Monday morning with a second trash only pick-up on Friday morning from May-Sept. It is recommended to put the bins out the night prior. Please do not put bags in outdoor recycling can.

Pool Rules: Pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hrs 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. No glass allowed in pool area. No smoking or vaping in pool area. No animals in pool area. Clubhouse is restricted.

There are three parking spaces. Cars must be fully parked underneath the home and may not extend into the street. Street parking is unavailable in the neighborhood. No trailers or motorcycles per community rules.

Laundry and towels are not to be hung over balcony/deck railings. Violation of this rule could result in a $100 fine.

Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please do not rearrange the furniture.
Please take care of the furnishings. You will be responsible for damages that exceed the security deposit.

Please keep bathroom towels in the house.
Beach towels are provided for the beach and pool and are located in the master bedroom closet.
If spills occur, please use the rags located in the laundry closet for cleanup.

Please do the dishes or run the dishwasher prior to departure.
Please dispose of all perishable food items from fridge.
Please take out the trash before you leave.
Please remove all linens from beds that have been used prior to departure.
Please pile all used towels (to include beach towels) in Master Bathroom.
Please set both thermostats to cool and 78.
Please ensure the outside closet and front door are locked.
