The Space:

Welcome to 'Beach Bliss on 30A,' a breathtaking retreat in the heart of Seagrove offering the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and coastal charm. Just steps away from the pristine sands of Seagrove Beach, this is your ideal getaway destination for relaxation and adventure. This stunning 4 bed/4.5 bath home is located in a small gated community which offers privacy and a gorgeous multi-level pool for your enjoyment. We include 6 bikes and a golf cart to enjoy all that scenic 30A has to offer!

BEACH ACCESS

Three access points, just a short walk from the home:



1. Eastern Lake Beach Access is on the west side of Eastern Lake where the outfall meets the beach at the intersection of South Gulf Drive and Eastern Lake Road, about 1/4 mile south of Scenic 30A. The access has a shower, a bike rack, and a few parking spaces on Eastern Lake Drive. Eastern Lake is one of our rare coastal dune lakes in SoWal, which periodically open to exchange waters with the gulf.



2. Ramsgate Beach Access is a simple walkover near the end of Eastern Lake Road behind Summers Edge neighborhood beside Ramsgate townhomes. This access does not have parking or showers.



3. Walton Dunes Beach Access (1.6 miles East of the home) has a small parking lot, but no bathrooms, and is located just west of the Deer Lake State Park boundary. This access has no steps-just walk straight onto the beach. One of our personal favorites!

PARKING

This home includes 2 parking space on the driveway with NO overflow parking available. No RV or trailer parking in the driveway. Violator's will be towed.



ABOUT THE AREA

Seagrove Beach is a charming coastal community that is on 30a, nestled between Seaside and Watersound. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm. You will find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party s needs.



Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach and want a different experience.



Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 30 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a little over a 1 hour drive.



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck.

*No parties or events.

*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid drivers license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage. 

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*This home must remain pet free.





IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver s license and 2) a "selfie".

Wow! HIGHLY recommend this rental. We have stayed up and down 30a over the years and this is by far the best rental we’ve stayed in. The pros: THE BEDS. When on vacation you cross your fingers that you are going to get great sleep and the mattresses were so comfortable, plenty of comfortable pillows and blankets. This rental is fully stocked with beach equipment. We always pack our car down with all the beach gear and we could’ve left it behind this year. They have umbrellas, quality beach chairs, toys, cooler bags, a wagon and life vests. This place was crispy clean, you can tell the cleaners REALLY clean and don’t do a rushed job. They give you plenty of house essentials and they were quality essentials- not the cheap toilet paper and paper towels you often get to restock with. We loved having the golf cart to ride to seaside and Publix. The community itself was great and even had a trail you could walk. Communication was easy and we always had a quick reply. The appliances were top notch and it was so nice to have a grill on site! The only “con” if you can even call it that was the location from the beach. We ended up packing up the car and driving down to beach access 18 where there was plenty of parking and the beach was less crowded. Not a huge con, but definitely couldn’t walk to the closest access point with little kids and beach gear- if you have older kids I don’t see it as an issue! Once again, this is now our top place to stay on 30a. We will be back!
