Very Disappointed
The only good thing about this unit is the location. The beach was amazing.
We left a day early because the next door neighbor began to tear out their hurricane windows before the outside of the units are renovated. We listened to hammers, drills and saws until we ended up calling the sheriff's department at 10:30 pm and asked them to quiet the demo for the night.
The unit is in desperate need of updating and cleaning. The living room furniture is ridiculous. It's so worn out that it's hard to get out of because of sinking so low into it.
The floor is cheap stick on vinyl strips and thread bare bowling alley carpeting. There was yellow tape on the floor to warn you of flooring differences in the hallway.
The bathrooms were disgusting, especially behind toilets and doors. The dirt and grime instead of caulk on the floor was ridiculous.
The bath tubs were moldy, rusting and super slippery and did not have any safety bars making it dangerous to use. The sinks had rusting spots and didn't have stoppers.
The patio furniture chairs were unusable due to the canvas seats being torn out.
The kitchen cabinets must be original, the backsplash was moldy and pealing and the kitchen sink was loose and leaking.
The unit is next to the pool which is nice but loud late at night.
The pictures of this unit are deceiving as none of these issues are evident.
It's a shame the owner hasn't kept this unit updated.
