Prefect Base for our Vacay

We had a short but wonderful stay here while enjoying the parks nearby. The house was really well maintained and had everything we needed—fully stocked kitchen for cooking meals and plenty of space to relax after a full-on day at the parks. It was the perfect home base for our trip!

Brilliant Stay

Communication with White Rose was amazing from the start — they answered every question promptly. We were a bit nervous not booking a package holiday, but their helpful advice made everything easy. Check-in was smooth and the house was even better than the photos. Having three bathrooms was a godsend with our three girls! There's a Publix close by for food shopping, and we loved Posner Park with lots of great places to eat. A special shout-out to Martha, who kindly helped us with the TVs and was super helpful throughout. Thank you also for the late check-out — much appreciated.

Incredible stay

We had the most incredible stay with White Rose Villas! The villa we stayed at was spacious, comfortable, and filled with all the amenities needed for our busy Orlando holiday. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and the villa itself was in such a great location!! The hosts truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We loved it so much that we're coming back this year, and we absolutely cannot wait! If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury, White Rose Villas are the one!! Highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our trip to Disney

Wonderful stay. Clean and very homelike environment. Spacious, open and close to the parks. Only thing I would suggest is the unit provide baking sheets for cooking— if that’s the only thing that bugged me, the stay was a success. I will stay again and recommend to others heading o FL.

The home was located in a gated community. Nicely decorated and had all the amenities needed for us as a family with a handicapped adult. The roll in shower & pool lift were much appreciated. A home away from home!!!

This home is beautiful..Everything was brand new, clean and well kept. Plenty of space for my family of four. The screened in pool area was perfect for the Florida heat. Overall experience/impression of this home wonderful. I plan on booking this home again next year for our family vaction.

Extended vacation!

Great property in a great gated neighbourhood. The house was well equipped with all the necessities for a lengthy stay. The pool and spa were great and well worth the extra charge for pool heat. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues (which were minor) and made sure our stay was enjoyable. Our only complaint would be that the King bedroom was very small and had limited storage space. We would definitely book here again!

Family stay at Crofton Springs

A lovely property; modern, well equipped, clean and well laid out. From time of booking to after our return home customer service has been excellent. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure we enjoyed our stay and all of our many and varied needs were met. Location of property was excellent both for theme parks and airport and also access to attractions further afield. Being lazy, we booked additional cleaning services throughout our stay and these were thorough and unobtrusive. We would highly recommend Ellis Exclusive Villas.

Perfect accessible home

We choose this home for the handicap accessible features. This area lacks desparatly as there are so many people that are disabled vacationing in the Disney World area. I am so grateful that I was able to find exactly what my family needed. The home was well appointed and comfortable. It met most of our needs. I wish it had a fenced back yard. It is pet friendly and it would have been nice for our 2 year old to run around safely.

Property needs updating. Carpets in desperate need of replacement. Bedding in need of replacement (pillow cases discolored) and twin beds lumpy. Could have used more towels we went out and purchased more. Unable to watch tv in front bedroom tv located on wall where you’d have to be an owl to watch it.

No street parking overnite. I called property management for help, they never called back. My wife is disabled.We rented the property because a picture of the pool showed a pool lift. We got there and the lift wasnt working. I called and was told the lift hasnt worked for quite a while. . There was no plunger for a clogged toilet in the house. We called. May have received a return call. No message was left. We bought a plunger ourselves. Had to

A+ Customer Service

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They called me about a month ahead of my booking to see if I wanted to add the use of the grill and they also called the day of check in to make sure everything was ok. I also received numerous emails answering any questions that I could possibly have. When arriving at the home we walked it to see two displays with my name on them welcoming me. I thought that was a very personal touch. They were smart displays that also told you about the property and the area. I can't wait to stay here again. My group was women over 40 and it checked all of our boxes.

Nice home, handicap equipped

The home is beautiful! The food items were nice, but it would be better to individualize it. The white bread, milk, cookies, I couldn't eat, as am allergic to all. Leaving a starter for clothes washer would've been very helpful. Also, some small salt and pepper. The pool heater must've been left on by previous renters. We were eager to use pool, and it was 102 degrees!! Way too hot, even for a Jacuzzi!! Termites showed up for a visit, in the master bath and pool. Management did take care of those quickly and appropriately. Management company is fast and virtuous. Lovely house for a central FL stay

At home in Orlando!

This is truly a "hostess with the mostest". Our family took a vacation to Disney. We typically stay in a Disney hotel but happened on Lisa's properties. We'd never rented a home so I reached out to Lisa with plenty of questions. She was quick to respond, very polite and professional -- a real pleasure to deal with. We settled on one of her properties in a gated community about 20 minutes from the parks. This was truly the best decision. We stayed six nights...the kids had their own rooms, bathrooms and TVs, the pool was steps away in the lunai, and we were able to eat breakfast every morning before heading out. I can't imagine that we would have enjoyed our time as a family as much had we been in a hotel room with two beds, one TV and one bathroom! The property was decorated with upscale touches yet extremely comfortable. The house had everything we needed and more...we didn't realize the property had a game room as well! After this experience, I know that I will never take a family vacation in a hotel again. This was an incredible experience! Thank you, Lisa, for sharing your beautiful vacation property with our family! We will be back!
