Located in Legacy Park Legacy Park is an attractive family resort on the US 27 Highway, close to the I-4, in a popular Davenport location. From here, you are just a fifteen-minute drive away from Disney World. Orlando's other major Orlando attractions, including the Orlando Eye, SeaWorld, and Universal, are all within around a half-hour drive.

Close by, there are several supermarkets, various shops, and restaurants within a five- to ten-minute drive. The popular Champions Gate Golf Complex is just 1 mile away. Amazing house

Very beautiful house! Very spacious and clean. Kids enjoyed the game room and pool a lot.

Good Stay!

The villa itself was good however as you are aware we had a few issues. Not enough towels for 12 people, the rubbish collection days were wrong on the QR code, and we weren't very happy with the lock on the back door it was broke and there was a bar in front of the door. The management company were good and quick to respond with the issues, thank you.

Amazing place for our family of 6 (11,8 and 5 year old kids with our Lil Frenchie) The arcade in garage, entertainment area and all the rooms with bunk beds being in one of them were a big hit during down time from the parks. Screened in pool was nice as well. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely Villa!

Really good thank you. Villa lovely. Really quiet area and pool deck too. There was a new gaming nook with seats and a gaming console. Bit disappointed as the pool table not playable - not on a flat, no triangle and the balls would just fall of the table due to the base. There was an arcade game to make up for this though. Would rate the home 4 out of 5.

The Pool and Spa Were a Dream After the Parks

Having 3 masters was fantastic! The house was so big with lots of areas everyone could really spread out and enjoy their own activity, or come together for a movie night or playing in the garage game room. The pool was great and we enjoyed early mornings on the pool deck with the quiet view of open space. The 3/4 mile road leading up to the neighborhood had great shade for walking the dog. A lovely retreat for a relaxing getaway for the family.
