Great with a "but"

I have been staying, at least once a year, on houses managed by you or your predecessor company (Ellis) since 2020. So I am pretty loyal. Service is great. In general, everything works. However this year we had a hipcup. We extended the stay by one day, but internally something happened and the password for the door wasn`t working . And we found it out very late night on Sunday. So we had the family, including a small child, locked outside on a Sunday night. The back system (the locked box with a key) also didn`t work (key wasn`t there). We had to wake up a neighbor (we had a foreign cell phone) , so that we were able to call you and finally get some support (that included, unfortunately) allowing the neighbor to know the code to the door. It was a tough, unpleasant experience which impacted an otherwise, excellent service. I will continue to go once or twice a year, and hopefully we will not have problems anymore.

Love the house but not a good stay this time

We have stayed here multiple different vacations. This was not a good stay for us. The pool heat was supposed to be on for us as arranged when I booked this almost two years ago. They changed the blankets on the beds to some very thin ones which caused me to go buy blankets for everyone to sleep with. The towels have been changed to some kind of harsh scratchy ones. My family love this house and love the location I wish our stay would have lived up to the past stays we have had here.

Luxury Comfort and Relaxation

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The bathrooms were amazing—it honestly felt like we were in a 5-star hotel, and the showers were incredible. The beds were super comfortable, and the two living rooms gave our extended family plenty of space to relax without feeling crowded. The private pool was a highlight—completely secluded with loads of space for sunbathing, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The location was ideal too, just a short drive to Disney and close to shops, attractions, and great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Ovation Bistro & Bar for its delicious ribs, Giovanni's for classic Italian, DiRomio's Pizza & Grill for casual family meals, and Cracker Barrel for hearty comfort food. This home had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing holiday, and we're already planning our return!

Luxury Stay Close to Disney – Perfect for Families

We had an amazing stay! The sunny pool was perfect for relaxing, and the spa was a great bonus after long days at the parks. The bathrooms felt like something out of a luxury hotel—absolutely gorgeous and spotless. The games room was a hit, especially the retro arcade games which brought back so many fun memories. The location was ideal, just a short drive to Disney, making it super convenient for our family. A beautiful home with everything you need for a fun, comfortable, and memorable stay. We'll definitely be back!

What can I say, only the greatest enjoyment my family had in a while. The parks Universal and Disney were close. There was whatever you needed in good proximity. The villa made the vacation. The open areas, several bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and outside area was mostly enjoyed. My grandson just couldn't get enough of the pool, as everyone else felt the same

We had an amazing stay! The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire trip. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they messaged back almost immediately and took care of it right away. They were super accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One of the best parts — they even allowed us a late checkout at no extra charge, which was such a nice bonus. Truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again!

Worst stay I've ever had

We booked this home since it was close to everything we wanted to do, it had a game room, a pool, and plenty of room. I liked that it had some luxury upgrades like the master bath. We arrive at 10pm only for the door code to not work. I checked the lock box where a key is supposed to be incase the code doesnt work, no key. I call the 24hr management number. She has me input my code again "slowly" 2 more times. Doesnt work. She gives me another code and has me try that code "slowly" 3 more times. She then tells me she needs to call maintenance and would get back to me. We had traveled 10 hours from North Carolina with 3 kids, 2 dogs, my husband and myself. We are exhausted. 20 minutes later, im texted another code, it finally works. None of the wifi info was accurate.The game room TV and Xbox do not work. Screen door by the pool is broken and will not close. Beanbag chairs broken. Rain shower head in master bath shoots water everywhere. Garbage overflowing in gameroom and outside. The remotes to the ceiling fans/lights are all the same and turn on/off lights in different rooms, making it very hard to turn off 1 room without turning another room on. Lights randomly turn on in the middle of the night. It took days to correct some issues but tv and xbox werent fixed and neither were the lights. We have been home 14 days now. STILL waiting for someone to call about a partial refund. Do yourself a favor, avoid this house!

Good holiday property

We have stayed in a number of properties on our visits to Orlando and this property was comparable - full of home comforts, pool was excellent and the beds super comfy! What let the experience down was the property management - the information given for access to the property was wrong - not ideal at 10pm. The information provided in the house (wifi etc was not accurate) . After a long travel day. The pool heating broker half way through, the gas bottle in the bbq ran out. They were quick to respond to emails but not so quick to rectify. 24 hrs response time average. Luckily we made other plans but I think they need to be quicker at responding.

3 Generation Stay

This home had the perfect setup for a 3 generation family stay! The rooms/wing were separated yet close enough. The home was clean and in a quiet area. For "suggestions" we would ask that the master bedroom suite have the mixed up hot/cold water in shower be corrected. As this was an issue for 2 80 yr olds. Tha master also did not have hot water at all in sinks (we did report) but it was not corrected in the5 weeks we stayed.

Beautiful Home

Home is Beautiful! Everything you could need or want is close by. We hit the " once in a life time" cold spell and the pool heater wouldn't work so the Management company said they will give us a refund, it's not in my account yet and the stay is over but they said it's coming so thank you for that. There was a bit of a communication problem when trying to get answers on some questions which they apologized for and said they will approve on. If you want an amazing classy home with a great games room and like a pool (and don't hit a cold spell) you will not regret booking this house!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, clean and well maintained property. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Only drawback was the noise from the Saturday 7am landscaping. We will be re-booking for our vacation here next year. We highly recommend.
