First and foremost, the hosts are fantastic. Very friendly and communicative. The pool was amazing and everything was nice and clean. My biggest gripe would be that the dishwasher is definitely ready for an upgrade (along with the kitchen faucet). It didn't work very well and I had to rewash almost everything. Other than that, this place was fantastic. My boys LOVED the star wars room and the theater room. When we weren't at the parks or in the pool (at the house or the resort), they were enjoying that big screen! Thanks again, and we'd love to go through White Rose's Villas again for our needs!

Villa was very nice, plenty space and nice decor and everything we needed. Games room and the pool were great for the teenagers.We went to the complex area only once and it was fine but we preferred just using the villa pool. Had a great trip and would recommend.

This place is perfect for large groups! Chris was very responsive early on to any questions we had. Everything went smoothly. The pool heat was perfect when the temps dipped to keep us swimming and in the whirlpool during the day and at night. Theater room and game rooms were a hit and the kitchen is perfectly stocked for cooking often. We will definitely come back to this home again. The bedrooms worked perfectly and just the right number of bathrooms. Check in was a breeze. Truly wonderful stay and host! Great community pool and lazy river options! Wonderful location as well.

The house is gorgeous and very clean! The pool and jacuzzi on the back patio is amazing and the jacuzzi actually gets HOT not like at other properties I have stayed at! We all loved hanging out in the game room with plenty to do for everybody! The kitchen is stocked with every utensil and appliance you could need! The location to the clubhouse is awesome! We walked everyday right across the street! The clubhouse food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced! Some of the pool deck staff are pretty rude and have lots of rules. For example my daughter who is apparently 47.5 inches was not allowed on the slide because it says 48 inches, yet she rode on space mountain at disney the day before. The kids also got yelled at for having a catch in the pool with a water ball, even though they were the only ones in the pool at the time, and were told they are not allowed to play Marco Polo! Yet it’s totally OK if you wanna swim around with a glass bottle of beer! Also the playground is under construction so we obviously couldn’t go on that. Disney is about a 20 minute drive away, which is perfect!! lots and lots of restaurants nearby also!! We definitely had the best week of vacation, especially since it snowed about 12 inches back in New York! Thank you, Chris for a lovely stay in your house!! We did not want to leave!

Our family had a fantastic stay at this home during our Florida trip. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout. The kids loved the pool—it was comfortable in early June without adding the heat. The home was spacious and well-equipped, and we enjoyed the game room and had a movie night using the projector. We also took advantage of the community amenities, including the pool and tennis courts. Highly recommend!

A group of us stayed for a national dance competition. Chris was kind and responsive. We had a small issue with the AC & he got it immediately taken care of. The amenities for the house were great & kids had so much fun playing in the game room. Highly recommend the place!

Three Weeks of Sunshine and Fun at Solterra!

We spent three fantastic weeks at this lovely home in Solterra Resort and honestly didn't want to leave! The villa was spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed. The resort was brilliant—the kids loved the lazy river, slide, and splash pool, while we enjoyed the hot tub, cabanas, and a cheeky drink from the Café Sol Bar & Grill. The location was spot-on—just a short drive to Disney and Universal, with Posner Park nearby for shopping, cinema trips, and handy supermarkets. We had great meals out at Ovation Bistro & Bar, Palma Italian Kitchen, and The Hungry Crab. It was the perfect base for our Florida holiday—great house, fantastic resort, and so much to do nearby. We're already planning our return!

Disney Cheerleading Finalist

This is our second year staying at Chris property for our children Cheerleading ESPN competition. We absolutely love this property it's bigger than we need but feels like home enough space for privacy and very very clean. I haven't slept in all the rooms, however our children enjoy the upstairs and we enjoy the master bedroom downstairs and the bed is so comfortable. Upstairs they have two twin Disney rooms which our children love two queen bedrooms and another king bedroom along with a huge living room with a big movie theater screen. The pool and spa area is pretty private at this location so you don't have others that maybe looking your way due to the home being at the end and corner with lots of bushes and trees around it's beautiful and very nice. The only thing I did not like this season vs last season was the pool and spa was not warm enough like last season and we couldn't use it on day one. I also didn't notice an email till towards the end of our stay that they turned the heat off at 8pm so us not getting in until midnight the next day from our stay coming in we didn't get to utilize it as the water was so cold. This was not done last season. Had I noticed that email I would have reached out to Chris to speak with him about that to get it changed since it is something we paid for and didn't get to use it much this time since we mostly use it after 8pm due to cheerleading. There was also some bathroom maintenance issues this season but that didn't hinder much. This is a wonderful property and Chris the owner is absolutely wonderful to work with and his new management company is great as well. Book this property and if the pool and spa needs warming at certain times I'm sure they will make it right. We definitely needed it more this season as FL got hit hard with winter weather this February while we were there. Other than this next time we hit up Orlando we will more than likely stay here. Thank you Chris for your hospitality!
