Lovely Home

We visited for Spring Break and enjoyed the house very much. We loved the pool, the movie roomand the game room. We enjoyed the water slides and the resort pool as well. The area was nicely located near to a grocery store, and easy to get to and from!

The house was spacious. It also came we everything we needed for our stay. The water could have a little hotter in the jacuzzi. However, the overall stay was excellent. I would stay again in the future. Thanks.

Overall the house has a good layout and space but really needs a good deep clean and some fresh paint.it looks like it’s been used as a party house. The furniture was more aesthetic than comfortable. The management company who handled issues was responsive. We’d look for another unit before renting here again.

We had a really good time here. We had the pool heated and it was very hot. A nice place to relax after a long day at the parks. The host was very good - we did not have any issues and did not have to contact them but they left a nice welcome gift on our arrival and left contact information if we needed anything. Our only complaint was the very low water pressure in all of the showers. I'm sure that they were all 'low flow' shower heads but just not what we were used to. The master had a large tub and many of the guests opted for a nice soak it the tub.

Everything was great except the jacuzzi was not heated and I did not realize that was an additional fee. When I called to add it on they did but it never warmed up. I spent an additional 100 for a service we could not use and they never refunded me the fee.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m very glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay overall, but I’m truly sorry to learn about the issue with the jacuzzi heating. Upon checking, we were able to send our team and confirm that the pool heater is working during stay. Please be reminded that the pool heat charge is not for a guaranteed water temperature but for having the heat pump running and the electricity use that goes with it for 6-8 hours a day. Actual water temperature may vary from day to day as a result of ambient weather conditions during the day and night.

The property is noticeably new, very little wear and tear. The pool area was nice, but the lounging & walking space in the pool area should be a little bigger to accommodate a home that houses that many people. No backyard or front yard area, so if your family is an “active, outdoorsy” type keep that in mind. The theatre area & play area will be a hit with kids and teens. A larger fridge in the kitchen or an additional smaller fridge in the play area to store beverages would be helpful for larger families with longer stays. Having a TV in every room is a huge plus for big families with different age groups. Housekeeping should provide a few more towels & beach towels. (Most women require two at a time, hair & body). The Club house in the area is nice but smaller than the Oasis Clubhouse, which is a 5 minute drive away. The Oasis Clubhouse has a lazy river, a larger pool, an indoor full bar with 3-4 large TVs, sells food & alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. They do not allow outside foodThe Casiola company that manages the home were very communicative & professional. At one point the living room TV turned off & wouldn’t turn back on in the midst of NFL Thanksgiving football. The company responded immediately via text with both apologies & advice on how to remedy the situation. They sent out a staff member to check on things, when she couldn’t resolve it, Leandro the electrician arrived promptly & resolved the problem. He was polite & worked quickly & efficiently.
