Bienvenue à Sunny San Diego, cette maison de plage est à quelques pas de la baie, de la plage et de la promenade au cœur de Mission Beach. Récemment rénové avec des améliorations du sol au plafond. Tout est flambant neuf: revêtements de sol, peinture, mobilier, décoration et salles de bains somptueuses nouvellement construites. L'unité a 1 espace de stationnement dédié, mais un grand parking est disponible immédiatement à l'unité. Emplacement parfait pour les couples, les familles et tous les touristes avec accès à Belmont Park et Pacific Beach.

Beautiful rental

Location is close to Belmont park and beach. Place looks just like pictures it’s gorgeous. I can’t say enough good things about communication with host, even send me a map of area.

FABULOUS house and location

We came down to San Diego for my graduate ceremony at PLNU and I couldn’t be more pleased with everything about this house. Absolutely fabulous location to everything in the town and the communication with owners was excellent. Super easy checkin and we LOVED the air conditioning units in the rooms. We’re leaving California in July Or we come back over and over again. The beds were SUPER comfortable and towels soft! Thank you so much! Definitely a 5 star review.

Beds are HORRIBLE! Parking a joke.

The beds in one room are hard as a rock, you might as well sleep on the floor! The other room, mattress is lumpy and the sheets are balled and scrape your skin. The one parking spot you have is in back, however it is so tiny of spot that anyone parking there goes 'into' the others spots not allowing you to park or have to exit the car out the side or back door. Crazy!! Also, there is no dishwasher or washer and dryer within the place. You have to use the wash facilities which is a real bummer. The one bright side, the location is great!

Clean and spacious

Stayed here with my five girlfriends and we had a wonderful time! The host allowed us to have a early check-in which really helped as we had a pretty packed weekend. The place was clean and had pretty much everything we needed. We love that it was just a walk across the street to the beach. For the most part parking was pretty easy but be aware if you have a large vehicle the spaces are very small. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent Family Vacation

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights of our San Diego visit and it was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough room for everyone. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes and the boardwalk which had tons of things to to. When an issue arose, it was resolved quickly. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Excellent Location

I have stayed at multiple locations at mission beach. This one is by far at the top. This is a ground level 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment located close to the bay and a great park for kids and right across the street is the ocean. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

4th of July

Other than having the Wi-Fi not work and the door lock stop working (both resolved very quickly by owner) on day one, my family had a wonderful time in Mission for the 4th. Fireworks off the bay were beautiful, the kids loved being so close to the boardwalk, and the condo itself was very comfortable and relaxing.

Very cute and great location

Location couldn’t have been better. Bay on one side, open ocean on the other. Not right on either beach, but a very short walk to both. Public parking is right there, if needed, and Belmont Park is also just a short walk away. We had a great experience.

Good Accomodations

I used this property for my Bachelorette weekend and the location was fantastic for everything I wanted to do! The property had great accommodations and fit 7 girls perfectly. When we first got to the property, it was not cleaned from the last people who were staying at the property and I was disappointed. However, the property manager was quick to respond and clarify the situation. We were able to get it cleaned quickly after arriving. So, although a disappointment, I was happy with how quick I was able to get a response. Overall, would definitely recommend!
