This well cared for and stylishly furnished 2-bedroom house is a perfect place to get away to. Plenty of parking for multiple cars or boats. Water hoses close to parking to wash off the boat after a fun day on the water or the car after a day at the beach. The covered patio is a great place to catch the coastal breeze and relax or enjoy time with friends or family with really nice patio furniture. Just 2.5 miles to Rockport beach, 1.5 miles to downtown Rockport and 16 miles to Port A ferry.

Great place to relax for a family of four after a long day of fishing. Plenty of space for the boat. Very comfortable and convenient. Appreciated the personal touches, cleanliness, and ambiance.

The entire house was absolutely spotless, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. There was nothing the host didn't provide. The location is great. Restaurants and hummingbird viewing sites were just a quick drive away and the neighborhood is quiet and tidy. We would definitely stay there again!!

The cleanliness and all the little details made my stay so Relaxing.. I didn't have to clean anything prior to settling in and on my next return i now know I won't have to pack half of my house. BEST VRBO STAY YET!!!

Family getaway

My family and really loved the location of the home! Very cozy, The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful! The house was very clean & stocked with cleaning items for our use. Beds were very comfy. Host was very accommodating and nice. The patio was big and relaxing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great home in Rockport

We enjoyed a very nice cozy comfy home in Rockport Texas. Very clean home with everything you need including a lovely outdoor covered patio. Host was wonderful and even provided delicious snacks and coffee. We highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Great property. Beautifully furnished, cozy and comfortable. Everything was as advertised and our host Mike was great. Home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. And the patio was truly awesome to just sit and read, enjoy the breeze or wind down after a day of activities. Our pups loved it as well. Would highly recommend and only a short drive to the beaches of Port Aransas.

Oyster Fest

This house is the cutest and is just like the pics. Perfect outdoor area and probably one of the cleanest properties we’ve stayed at. The hosts reply promptly when asked questions.

Grew up in south Texas and fell in love with the Rockport area years ago and finally was able to move here. Purchased this second home for our visitors like yourself.
