Upper Level: The primary bedroom offers a luxurious king bed, a private nook with a desk, a spa-like en suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower, plus a spacious walk-in closet. Two additional bedrooms feature a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed in the second with twin and double bed and a separate bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Living Space: The second floor is perfect for entertaining, featuring a large kitchen with ample space for cooking and dining, a cozy living room with an arcade and games, and plenty of seating to unwind.
Additional Bedding Available Upon Request
This property includes a pull-out couch/futon that can accommodate extra guests. If you'll need this bedding during your stay, please let us know ahead of time, and we'll be happy to make it available for you.

As part of our commitment to keeping out properties pristine, we require mid-stay cleaning. (THIS COST IS NOT AUTOMATICALLY CALCULATED AT BOOKING AND WILL COME AS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE AFTER BOOKING IS COMPLETED). The frequency of these cleans depends on the length of your stay - for stays of at least 30 days , we will require one mid-stay clean halfway through your time with us. For stays longer than 45 days, we require this clean to occur approximately every 15 days.
The cost of this service comes at a reduced price and is due at the time you book your stay. For this property, each mid-stay clean costs $65.
(For stays of 30 days or longer) A starting supply of consumable goods (paper towels, toilet paper, coffee) will be provided upon check-in. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing consumable goods if they need more outside of what is initially provided.
PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.

Towels: $4 - $38 per item
Bedding: $8 - $66 per item
Comforter: / Encasements $88 - $141 per item
Pillows: $27 per item

Welcome. I'm Ian Pfeiffer the Owner of Vacation Rentals, at PMI Scenic City. I currently manage Vacation Rentals in the Chattanooga and surrounding areas. I'm a Father of two - One boy and one girl that are my pride and joy. I love spending time with them, camping, hiking and enjoying the outdoors.
