Casita Botanica, 2-bedroom ocean view condo with private plunge pool

Enjoy the “Pura Vida” life in Casa Botanical! Located in the Terraced Flats of Las Catalinas, this 2-bedroom condo has a lot to offer.

Prepare home-cooked meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with icemaker, and coffee maker. The cozy and bright living space features space for 4 at the bar seating area and 3 more on a sectional with views of the patio and living room TV along with large French door-style windows that flood the room with natural light.

Relax into a restful sleep in the primary suite’s cozy king bed, with large windows providing ocean views and welcoming natural light and warm sunshine in the morning. For more guests, the secondary bedroom features two twin XL beds that can be combined to form a king bed. While the ocean view is legendary in the primary bedroom, both bedrooms come with TVs for relaxing evenings and plenty of storage.

Outside on the terrace you can enjoy a sunset meal at the swim-up bar with seats for 5 or hang out on the sectional to dry off. The plunge pool provides the perfect way to cool down and chill out at the end of a long day exploring.

With a 5-minute walk to the public beach or Las Catalinas Beach Club, you can stick around and enjoy all Las Catalinas has to offer. Try sea kayaking, embark on a sunset catamaran trip, go for a trail run in the tropical dry forest, or simply wander the delightful pedestrian streets of downtown Las Catalinas. For beach days, towels and chairs are provided to make your seaside experience even more enjoyable.

Las Catalinas is steadily progressing towards becoming one of Costa Rica's most delightful beach towns. As the community continues to expand, various construction projects are underway across town to introduce new amenities and services, enhancing the experience for all visitors.
The Development team makes great efforts to minimize the effects of construction on guests, however, we cannot guarantee that absolutely no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. No changes, refunds, or discounts will be provided due to construction.
Construction hours are as follows:
6 am -7:30am: Construction may begin with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed.
7:30am - 6 pm: Normal construction
6 pm - 9 pm: Construction may continue, with workers required to speak in low voices and no power tools are allowed.

No refunds for cancellations. We know sometimes travel plans can change unexpectedly. To protect your holiday investment, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is a small cost relative to the trip costs you might lose in the event you are unable to travel.
