The Space:

This rental includes free access to the Las Catalinas Beach and Pool Club, featuring three pools, a hot tub, a gym, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar. Rentals that do not include free access require a $35 per person, per day fee to access the Beach Club. This fee does not apply to guests staying in this rental.



This Las Catalinas tropical home offers a spacious common area in which the kitchen, dining, and sitting rooms are integrated to make it easy for a couple or family to spend time together. This is a large and spacious condo with over 2,123 Square Feet a few steps from the Beach! The stylish master suite features a king bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a King size bed, while the other has two full-size beds and two twin-size beds, in the form of bunk beds. This property sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



This property has been professionally decorated and features upgraded mattresses, linens, and a fully stocked kitchen that features upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances.



Connected to the living area, there is an ocean-view terrace with a small private dipping pool. We provide many bonus items for our guests such as folding beach chairs, a beach cooler, beach towels, salt, pepper, cooking oil, soaps, and shampoo. The property features a smart TV where guests can access their own streaming services, but cable service is not provided.

Las Catalinas is a car-free community. If you are arriving by car there is a Valet Parking service available for a fee ($24 as of Jan 2024). We highly recommend you coordinate and pay in advance with our concierge team to avoid the line at Las Catalinas or any other inconveniences upon your arrival. This service is offered from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
