The living room and den both feature large 4K Smart TVs, and there’s Spectrum Wi-Fi throughout. Self check-in is available, and a city guest parking pass can be provided with a refundable deposit for street parking.



Enjoy the cozy fireplace, central heating, and window AC units in the bedrooms. Please note that while the home is steps from the ocean, it does not have full AC (except for the two bedrooms), relying on natural cross breezes and fans. A: Like many homes in this area, the house relies on natural ocean breezes and fans to stay cool. Two of the bedrooms have window AC units. We encourage guests to book only if they are comfortable with this setup. Please note that refunds or credits will not be issued due to heat or temperature preferences.



Q: How does parking work?

A: A $300 security deposit is required to secure a parking pass. Permits allow parking at any yellow posted meter (24 hour meter) without paying the meter.



Q: Where can I leave the parking pass?

A: We will retrieve it at 8:00 AM on the day of your check-out. If you plan to leave earlier than that, please communicate with us the day before your check-out so we can arrange to pick it up on the day before your departure.



Q: What if my check-out is before 8:00 AM?

A: If your check-out is before 8:00 AM, our staff will collect the parking pass the day before your departure. We will cover the parking fee for the night prior to your check-out.
