Open-concept living space with plenty of natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living area perfect for family or friends. Each bedroom has new 12" memory foam mattresses, ensuring a restful night’s sleep after a day of island adventures.
The space
Close to ALL THE BEST THINGS! This second row condo is approximately a 4 minute walk (800') to the beach, and about a 2 minute walk (400') to TWO community pools, one is on your way to the ocean and is very popular, the second pool is tucked back into the quiet community and is usually less crowded. The Kitchen...
A fully equipped kitchen is provided including a full size Fridge/Freezer/Ice Maker, an Oven, a Toaster oven and even a Kitchen Aid Mixer should you feel inspired to whip up something extra special during your vacation.

The Bedding...
A beach vacation doesn't have to mean your sleep is suffering, sleep like royalty on large, brand new beds! Two of the guest rooms are equipped with loft beds - brand new 12" queen mattresses and 4" memory foam toppers are on the lower beds. Brand new twin mattresses are on the lofted bed.

Use the top bed for kids, pets, or extra storage while up to two adults can comfortably snooze on the lower bed.

The master bedroom has a full king mattress. A new hybrid 12" mattress with a 4" memory foam topper.

All rooms have blinds and blackout curtains installed as well.

The Caffeine...
Enjoy a well equipped coffee bar with a pod based espresso machine, and starter pods for your stay, while an electric kettle, drip coffee pod, and Keurig are also provided.

The Views...
Enjoy a tastefully decorated private porch to read, sip coffee, or just take in the gorgeous sunset views. This condo is on the upper level allowing you to see quite a distance down the golf course fairway.

There is a small owners closet that will remain locked but otherwise guests are welcome to use everything in the condo.
