The Space:
Welcome to this stunning oceanfront condo - your dream vacation awaits! The unit is in Surf Villas, which is located in the highly desired area, North Myrtle Beach. The unit is completely updated and has enough room for up to 9 guests, so bring the entire family to enjoy this beautiful view!
It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in.
Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot.
Entry: **STAIRS required - 3 flights** From the parking lot, take the stairs to your unit (3rd floor) and it will be self check-in with a keypad access code.
Kitchen: Newly updated counter/appliances/cabinets! Includes fully stocked kitchen with cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Coffee machine!
Family room: Large family room area with direct oceanfront views.
Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Direct oceanfront views.
Bathroom 1: Full bath/shower attached to bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and single bed.
Bathroom 2: Located in the hallway.
Bedroom 3: Double bed and bunk bed.
Balcony: Beautiful unobstructed oceanfront view. Incredible view for sunrises!
Pool: Complex pool - subject to HOA operation schedule.
Beach: Direct beach access from the complex!
Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
Washer/Dryer: Free in-unit washer/dryer.
A/C: Central HVAC system with easy to use control panel.
Guest Access:
Guests will have the entire unit for themselves (aside from any locked owners closets).

A perfect central location in North Myrtle Beach! Less than 1 mile to Ocean Drive (Main St/Shag Area)!

Getting Around:
Guests will have parking passes and can drive to all of the restaurants, shopping, and attractions that the area has to offer. You can also request and Uber, Lyft, or get a taxi.
Other Things to Note:
There may be nearby construction, as our area is constantly growing.
PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, parking lots, grounds, etc.
Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.
For details on our cancellation policy, please refer to the booking terms provided during the reservation.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement. Refusal to sign/return either form will be grounds for termination of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
**Building 803 Maintenance: Please rest assured that these projects are part of regular property upkeep, and there will be minimal to no disruption to your stay.**
