Charlottesville Girls Trip

Short stay, great time

Just stayed for 1 night with my wife and 2 teenage girls. Wanted to visit Monticello before we went on to Virginia Beach. Place was perfect. We got back from dinner and sat outside. Very peaceful.

This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. It had plenty of room for our family of three and our teen's friend, who were in the area to attend a concert at the nearby UVA stadium. The location was fully residential, quiet, and offered plenty of off-street parking. We discovered many restaurants to choose from that were conveniently within 1.5 miles of this rental.

Sister’s Trip

My sister and I had a fabulous time visiting Charlottesville. This house we rented was well equipped and close to many attractions. It was very comfortable for the two of us. The house appears to have been recently renovated so it is very up-to-date.

Clean and comfortable

The pride the owner takes in this property is very evident from the moment you walk in. Not only is it tastefully decorated and well appointed with comfortable furniture and accessories, but everything is spotless and ready to welcome you to a stress-free stay. The location is about as good as it gets, just minutes away from everything the heart of Charlottesville has to offer. Owner was very communicative, and coming and going was a breeze. I only wish we had more time to explore the city and enjoy this home!

The house was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the towels and toiletries. My only issue was that there was only one bathroom (which we already knew, but it’s tough with our crew) and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that, everything was great!!!

Wonderful family visit to Charlottesville!

Sam was a wonderful host for our three generation family visit to Charlottesville. He was responsive and helpful, and made sure our trip was a success. The house is very centrally located making it easy to get to all the various things we wanted to do. The three bedrooms and bathroom were lovely and clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area, so perfect for the kids who went to bed early. Overall we had an outstanding trip and look forward to visiting Sam again!
