Incredible ocean front location with gorgeous views of the Kona Coast. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.



The Space:

Experience the ultimate comfort and relaxation in our revamped one-bedroom, one-bathroom unit. Designed in a vintage Hawaii style decor, this spacious retreat offers a serene atmosphere for your stay. Unwind in the bedroom, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed that comfortably accommodates two guests. Additionally, we provide the option for an extra guest to choose between a sleeper sofa or a convenient rollaway bed.



Indulge in the breathtaking ocean activities and savor delightful meals while enjoying the spectacular sunset from your private lanai. The living room, featuring a generous layout, includes a cozy sofa sleeper and a TV for your entertainment. Please note that the bathroom features a shower stall only, without a bathtub.



Maximum occupancy for this unit is two guests, ensuring a personalized and comfortable experience throughout your stay.



Please note that the water heater is behind the stove, and has a water alarm on it. Additionally, please be aware there is no A/C in this unit.



Located on the 3rd floor – accessible by stairs only (no elevator)



We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.



• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

Condo 1303 was just as described. Our home away from home for our stay. It was in a wonderful location and you just can't beat direct oceanfront. Very comfortable and great amenities. The washer and dryer was nice to have in the unit. Nothing better than having your morning coffee on the lanai looking out to the ocean.away from home while

Loved the great location and with the private balcony / lanai, with the ocean view and waves right below! Excellent value, the pool and hot tub were super and we would definately stay here again!

The location is second-to-none. Beautiful view, walkable to town, within a nice complex with no parking issues. Furniture (beds, couches, tables, etc.) are all in great condition. Our only complaints were that the kitchen needs a little TLC (musty cabinets, mish-mash and not enough cutlery, diagrams for stove knobs worn off) and the carpet on the balcony could be updated to tile.

The ocean view was spectacular. Could have sat on the deck the entire stay. Close to Kona. Liked the new flooring. Only suggestion for improvement is AC but fans were adequate.

Absolutely stunning ocean front views

The apartment is super clean, fresh, and really well taken care of. The whole complex is well maintained too. I love the family vibe—kids, parents, and grandparents all hanging out. The BBQ area is right in front of the pool and ocean… such a great setup!

Can't beat location!

Great property, pool & grounds are fantastic. True waterfront, view from unit amazing. Has everything you need for relaxing stay (washer dryer in unit, fans, well stocked kitchen, beach chairs). Only 1 mile walk to center of Kona.

Kona Vacation

You couldn’t be closer to the ocean with a more spectacular view. The condo is in a great spot, close to local amenities and easy to find. It was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. The only thing which would’ve made it perfect was curtains on the bedroom windows to darken the room.

Sea village was a good location. Walking into the town, about 1 1/2 miles was not easy, no sidewalks. The unit needs a update, I e new flooring and update kitchen. Nice pool area and lovely grounds. Our view was specular.

Great place, would stay again!

Great location! We loved the unit! Sleeping mask and ear plugs useful, bedroom window is not covered so light from courtyard comes in. Watched spinner dolphins from the lanais most mornings. Heard and saw owls in the evenings near the parking lot.. The only drawback is a 7 am check out. Other than that, awesome stay!

Great location but needs lots of TLC

The pictures were several years old. Needs new flooring and new kitchen cupboards- all banged and beat up The lanai has great views but has an old moldy carpet that never dried We had lots of ants but property management provided ant traps- never really went away Love Sea Village location but will look for a different/ updated rental next time.

Thank you for your review of our Sea Village property, Kathy. We apologize that you feel the outdoor carpet and kitchen aesthetics were outdated and unsatisfactory. In regards to the kitchen area - this is the tropics and pests tend to enjoy coming in for a visit. Our instructions state to avoid leaving screens open, to not leave any food out, and never placing certain food items down the disposal. We apologize if this happened prior to your stay. Your feedback regarding maintenance will be relayed to our local operations team for their review and improvement moving forward.

Tranquil in Hawaii

This vrbo has everything and more. I have never stayed in a vrbo so well stocked, including most everything from kitchen needs to beach chairs and even shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The washer dryer was great to have. The view was spectacular!! There are a few items which could have improve our stay but did not reduce the five star rating. When we first arrived the porch light was burnt out and wish it would have stayed that way because it does send light in the bedroom, it did make the bedroom a bit lighter. I would prefer cotton sheets to polyester, the polyester gets a bit sticky and hot without air-conditioning. The only other suggestion would be to check the vacuum cleaner bag more often, it was too full to pick up much of anything. Over all it was a great stay.

Great location, terrible room

The good: the view is amazing. Wow. And the property managers on site are great. From here, it goes all downhill. First, the carpet is disgusting. It is worn and old. There are stains everywhere. They have tried covering some with throw rugs, which we kept tripping over. Second, the living room furniture is junk. You can sit in it for maybe 5 minutes before you realize it is completely worn out and has zero support. The bathroom has zero counter space. Some simple shelves on the wall would make a huge difference. The television is smaller than the computer monitor I have on my desk at home.

Ocean front condo on Kona coast

Overall we loved the location, the view from the patio is flat out fabulous and the pool and spa area were very nice. Wonderful ocean sounds fill the condo 24/7. It is close to town, but away from the tourist hustle and bustle. The sparkling clean Weber BBQs were great to cook on and the yard had ample picnic table space to eat there if desired. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The nearest sandy beach is about 5 minutes driving away, but the rocky shore in front of our patio afforded privacy and quiet. Overall, it was a comparatively good deal for the price. There were some drawbacks that didn't sway us from having a good time, but might for others. The unit is up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, so it is quite a hump to get all your luggage and any groceries up. The carpet on the patio is rotted and stained and needs replacement. The carpet in the hallway and living room is badly stained and clearly had some event that discolored the carpet all along the west side of the condo. The daytime temperatures in Dec. were high enough (80's) that it was uncomfortably warm midday even with all the windows open and there is no AC (fans are available but not very effective). No fan or ventilation in the bathroom, so it very hot and humid for showering. The mattress cover on the bed was stained and falling apart, we removed it after first time we changed the sheets. Please clean the window screens, they were filthy. The WIFI required frequent rebooting. Lastly, the instructions in both the notebook and attached to the wall are out of date (restaurant info is out of date and it is NOT necessary to report your car license to management, which was difficult to find in any event!). Again, we enjoyed our stay, but we could understand why this place was priced below market. We would recommend this rental as long as you are aware of the drawbacks listed above. .

good location in the complex

The location is great I think our stay would have been a 5 if there was a/c so that we would not have to be bombarded by fan noise constantly. Otherwise everything else was good.

Best view

You can’t beat the view you can see all the way to Kona. Was clean and had everything you needed (sand chairs, noodles for floating, lots of beach towels). Great location easy mile walk to Kona strip. Called onTV not working and they came quickly to replace very nice people! The resort was well maintained and Green Flash coffee was a nice perk.
