Check in was super easy, getting access with super easy. it was nice and clean. good location, easy parking. Did not require additional website sign up, everything done through VRBO which worked great.

What a nice place! Clean and cozy with a great location. We walked to the strip in a few minutes. The condo was great to spread out with plenty of privacy and each room has its own bathroom. We enjoyed the view and the fireplace. The kitchen is small but well equipped. Host provided all the necessities. Great communication with Raz (the host) would definitely book again.

Perfect size for 6 adults. Location was wonderful-walking distance to downtown but off the main strip enough to be very quiet. We saw a bear in the parking lot the last night there. Would stay here again. Hosts very friendly and responsive.

Great Condo

It was clean, the check in was convenient and the location was just a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. I highly recommend this location. My four granddaughters and myself enjoyed our stay here and are planning on staying here again.

We did not stay at our original condominium that was reserved, due to elevator being repaired & we were traveling with a handicap person. Oui host,Razvan REALLY can to our rescue. He quickly got us new accommodations that was GREAT!! Not only that, he also provided us with a motorized scooter to use. Our new place was Wonderful & he was so accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!! A

Communication was excellent. Everything was great clean. Three bedrooms with each their own bathroom. Noise not bad at all. Short walk to downtown. Short drive to rocky top tournament site. Every thing was wonderful

Nice place walking distance to Gatlinburg strip

Room was easy to get to, it was nice and clean with great views. Our host was amazing I hated that I had to text them but they never complained and always got right back to us with no problems. If the host will let us come back then I think we will have to book our vacation when we can get this room that's how great it was.

We arrived after working and an eight drive. The code we were emailed was incorrect and we were contact the host. The phone went straight to voicemail. We were unable to get in for 3 hours during the hours of 12 to 3 am. We contacted Vrbo who eventually got us a code. The host attempted to reconcile the issue but the trip began on a very negative note. Everything else except communication was great.

Great location

Just finished a family vacation at Raz & Roxy’s condo in Gatlinburg. Very nice condo, great location. Walked right down the hill to main st in about ten minutes. Blake Sheltons Old Red restaurant was great for live music and food. Highly recommend Chesapeakes for fine dining. A little pricier but outstanding food. There’s a discount ticket store where you get a free lunch and listen to a 90 minute timeshare lecture. STAY AWAY! Food was terrible and very high pressure sales pitch. We were there three hours. Kids were hoping to see a bear. When we were checking out I placed a bag of garbage on my tailgate to drop off at dumpster. A bear walked right past me and snatched it up and strolled away. Kids were thrilled! Great stay, great location and hosts were excellent!!!

Communication with the hosts was outstanding before and during our stay. All inquiries were responded to in a manner that exceeded expectations...they are absolutely wonderful!The unit was clean and provided ample room for 4 people. It was really nice that each bed/bath was ensuite.The kitchen is a little narrow, but is very well-stocked. All appliances worked well and were easy to operate.From the balcony you have a view of downtown GB Parkway, the space needle and beautiful sunsets over the mountains. I will say, sirens/trash trucks could be a bit loud, but you ARE in the heart of downtown so that is to be expected. It was nothing that detracted from the facility.Parking was easy. Directions to the flat and instructions for entering were very clear.We were with family in their 80s and the place was very well-suited. Would also be good for young families.Grocery store is nearby. Easy access using the bypass to parking lots accessible w/o major traffic back-ups. Very close to anything you'd want to see in GB. Easy access to GSMNP as well.Even if the flat wasn't fabulous, we'd stay there again bc we appreciated the hosts so much!Book this place. You'll greatly enjoy your stay there.
