This place is luxury perfection. Modern, clean, tech-forward, safe and centrally-located, it would be an incredible mistake to not book this condo. I have traveled multiple times to Europe, Asia and Latin America over the last year and this place stands out -- and, for PV, is extraordinary.

Casa KK was an incredible stay. The beds were super comfortable, the decor was stylish and thoughtfully done, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The building itself is modern, clean, and perfectly located—just steps from great restaurants, the bars, and the beach. Easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Puerto Vallarta. Highly recommend.

Five Star Destination!!

When I want 5-star (only because the system won’t let me give 6) travel accommodations, I always go to Rob and Serge’s properties. Nothing less than a home away from home. Whether on the beach or out on a lake, you have amazing views, crisp prestige accommodations, user-friendly security, and top recommendations for local amenities. Their newest property, D’Vine, is no exception—this luxurious condo sits in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone in one of the most beautiful buildings in the area. The rooftop, the views, and the location are absolutely unbeatable. It’s stylish, comfortable, and perfectly consistent with the Casa KK standard of excellence. Truly next-level—book it, you’ll fall in love with it just like I did!

AN INCREDIBLBE STAY- WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!

Our stay at Casa KK at D’Vine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The condo is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally comfortable. Every detail has been thoughtfully planned, from the fully stocked coffee and tea bar with a wide selection of K-Cups, teas, and creamers, to the high-quality linens and dĂ©cor that make it feel like home. We especially appreciated the large smart TVs in every room, offering all the channels and streaming options you could want while traveling abroad. The rooftop is truly spectacular, with breathtaking views and the largest rooftop hot tub in Puerto Vallarta, perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The location could not be better—right in the heart of the Romantic Zone, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafĂ©s, and shops, and just a short walk to the beach. The hosts, Rob and Serge, were outstanding: responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely dedicated to making the stay perfect. We enjoyed every moment and are already planning to return. Casa KK is easily one of the best places to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Awesome space in cool location.

Awesome space in a vibrant neighbourhood. We were concerned that it be quite far from the beach, but it's really only a 7 to 10 minute walk which is enjoyable because you see all the different shops and restaurants on the way which gives you ideas for dinner and shopping. The rooftop infinity pool is second to none, well appointed common area that is accented by a rather large cannabis plant, which adds to the vibe. The only drawbacks were that the building just finished construction so there were still workman on site, and the street level units are not occupied by businesses and are still under construction, however it wasn't a big issue for us as the rental unit didn't experience any direct impact from these activities.

Our New Favorite Place to Stay in Puerto Vallarta!

If we could give Casa KK more than five stars, we absolutely would. This beautiful condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by how beautifully decorated and spotless everything was. It truly felt like home. The hosts thought of every detail. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets that made it hard to get up in the morning. We also appreciated having plenty of fresh towels for both the beach and the bathroom — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more relaxing. The coffee setup was fantastic too, with both a Keurig and a traditional coffee maker, a great selection of K-Cups, regular and decaf coffee, and all the extras like sugar and creamers. The rooftop was amazing. Between the pool, the hot tub, and the views, it was hard to leave. Having a bartender available on select days made it feel like a private resort. When we did go out, everything was close by including wonderful restaurants, taco stands, cafes, shops, and the famous Malecón for long walks by the bay and people-watching. Casa KK exceeded all expectations. We can’t recommend it enough and are already looking forward to coming back. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate as this condo is the perfect place to stay in Puerto Vallarta!
