Ground floor condo where you can walk off the porch out to the pool and the beach. Oceans Reach is an immaculately kept community and this condo has been completely redone with a fresh modern vibe. Open concept provides plenty of room and the layout is perfect. We will definitely rent this unit again when we return.

The condo was fantastic! It was close to the beach, had a lovely screened in patio, it was super clean and very comfortable! The hosts and the office were very helpful and responsive! It was so nice to have beach chairs and other amenities as well. Excellent place!

This place is perfect! Clean and inviting, nice host, perfect location, EASY access to pool, beach! No stairs to beach, just walk right out!!! Comfortable beach chairs to use! Lots of shells on beach in front of condo!

Beach Perfection!

The pool is so close to the condo and the magnificent beach is a very short walk. Beautiful views, extremely clean property, friendly staff, and unforgettable ocean views. Highly recommend Ocean’s Reach!

We loved our stay at Oceans Reach!

This was our first time visiting Sanibel! We had a great week! The condo was so comfortable and clean! I think its one of the best locations for access to the pool and the beach. The staff were so sweet, friendly and very helpful with booking our trip for next year. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great location; great unit

Only comments are need for larger and newer washer/dryer would be a plus. Bed upgrade would help with comfort. Ask neighbors above to replace rollers on their sliding door, as it is very noisy in the lower unit.

Loved our first time in Sanibel

Cute, quiet condo with awesome views of the gulf. Had everything we needed including beach chairs. Steps to the beach. Rented a beach umbrella there. Loved the lanai especially for coffee and breakfast. Saw dolphins and had a turtle visit outside our lanai one afternoon.

Perfect vacation!

We could not have asked for a better vacation. Location was wonderful. Right on the beach and in a very quiet portion of town. Close enough to bike to the grocery store and many restaurants on Periwinkle. Check in was so easy and our condo was PERFECT! Everything we needed was included from beach chairs to pasta strainer. I can't say enough about our time there. We will be back!!!!!

Perfect location

Renting from Dru was easy. Communication was easy and responses quick! Bed was comfortable as was the pull out couch. I sleep with a fan so I was happy to see that there were two to choose from! Beach chairs and cooler were available to use and everything we needed to cook with was available! Love the easy beach access! This is the second time renting a condo from this location. Plan on making this a yearly trip!!!

Great property!

We had a great time at this property. The unit itself is every bit as nice as the pictures! But the building it’s in is old and unimpressive. It’s kept up well, but it’s definitely the every man’s place to stay, though I think this unit is an exception to that. We could hear every movement from the condo above us. We didn’t hear any voices, but we heard chairs moving, drawers opening. We did not had any problems with noisy people, but I can’t help but wonder if there could be a sound issues if the neighbors were noisier. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend this unit. It’s in a location that convenient to a lot of things, including the Jerry’s Marketplace and you’ll be so happy to visit the beach by walking out the back door instead of fighting the crowds at the public beaches! And nothing beats a Sanibel sunset! Plus Dru was friendly, helpful, and quick to answer questions!

Perfect location on the beach!

This is the perfect condo! We loved being on the first floor and the back door was right at the entrance to the beach walkway. the kitchen in this condo is very well stocked. I also loved that certain items were free AND replenishable such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher soap! This complex also has a nice grassy area for grilling and hanging out with a group!
