Condo Rare Walkout sur la plage de Sanibel

À quelques pas de la plage avec des bombardements de classe mondiale, des couchers de soleil incroyables; conduire, à vélo ou à pied à seulement 2 miles de Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge; golf, tennis, pêche, kayak et shopping à proximité. Des sentiers pavés entourent l'île pour faire du vélo, courir, marcher. Atmosphère insulaire décontractée et discrète.

Condo a vue sur le jardin tropical et la piscine depuis son rez-de-chaussée, terrasse privée. Détendez-vous en toute intimité sur votre terrasse, puis promenez-vous sur la plage ou la piscine. La plage du Golfe est à seulement 136 mètres, la piscine est à seulement 50 pieds, sortez du patio pour les deux.

Admirez les couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur le golfe du Mexique. L'emplacement de West Gulf Drive du condo permet des vues du coucher du soleil toute l'année qui ne sont pas disponibles à certains endroits à l'extrémité est de Sanibel en raison de la forme de l'île.

Cuisine pleine grandeur, entièrement équipée, avec grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière / four, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.

La chambre principale a un lit king size, la 2ème chambre a deux lits simples et le salon a un canapé-lit queen size.

Le patio privé couvert avec moustiquaire comprend une table et des chaises pour vous permettre de vous détendre et de profiter de la vue sur le jardin tropical.

Buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité.

Des quantités initiales de savon de bain, de shampoing, de détergent à vaisselle, de savon à lessive et de produits en papier sont fournies - des séjours plus longs peuvent nécessiter que les clients achètent une quantité supplémentaire (plusieurs magasins sont à proximité).

Plage, piscine chauffée et refroidie, chaises de plage, chaises de piscine, barbecues, terrasse sur le toit, wi-fi, buanderie dans la chambre, cuisine entièrement équipée. Un espace de stationnement désigné. Malheureusement, pas de parking pour roulottes, camping-cars ou bateaux sur place.

The condo was clean and had all the items needed for a stay at the beach. A sandy path from the back of the complex offered a one-minute walk to a beautiful, secluded beach. The bike path was across the street and offered miles of paved trails to access the island. I would highly recommend choosing this rental if you enjoy having easy access and no crowds.

This is a small, quiet complex. Only 18 units. Great location for biking, walking both the beach and the nearby preserves and relaxing. Its really a short walk to the beach. There were more than enough towels, both bath & beach towels. Dennis was great communicating with us. Contacted us at check-in and throughout our stay. We stayed 3 weeks, and he had his cleaning crew come by mid-week our second week.

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed our time. The beach is a 2 minute on property walk and it’s incredible. Sanibel sunrises and sunsets amazing. More space than we could have possibly imagined on the beach - next to nobody around. We got beautiful weather, the grills on site were easy to use and saved us on several meals vs having to go to a restaurant. The condo was fantastic and for elderly people would be ideal because it’s first floor and the second unit closest to beach and the parking lot. It was clean and peaceful. We didn’t use the pool but there was plenty of opportunity to do so. The entire check in and check out process was easy and the host very kind and helpful. Very much enjoyed our stay and Sanibel is a years destination for our family.

We had a fantastic vacation and the condo was the best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at! So convenient with the pool just steps away and quick walk to the ocean. The bathrooms are very nice and the whole condo was beautiful. So nice they had beach chairs, towels and umbrella since we had flown to Florida. Very well organized and owners were responsive and helpful. We would 100% stay here again!!

We had a great experience, the owners were very responsive. The accommodations were perfect. Beach and pool were both right outside the condo. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the No-See-Um's, no fault of the owners, but if you go to Sanibel, ensure you bring appropriate bug spray, and just be prepared bc they are always around due to hurricanes

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel! The condo was clean and exactly as pictured. The pool and beach were fantastic. We'd love to have had a few more basics stocked at the condo (counter cleaner, extra TP and paper towel) but the kitchen had everything we needed and check-in and check-out were a breeze. From the condo, there was a nice, easy access to the beach, and the pool was great. The condo was fully stocked. It had all the amenities of a hotel (toiletries, sheets, and towels provided) plus those of a beach condo (beach items) which was great when flying in for a vacation.
