Comfortable & Stylish Accommodations:
The master bedroom is a true retreat, featuring a king-size bed and a private balcony with beautiful views of the cove and main channel—perfect for your morning coffee or evening wind-down.
The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a large picture window, so you can wake up to the same stunning waterfront views.
The third bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, with two full-over-full bunk beds (4 beds total), complete with USB charging ports and LED light strips for added comfort and convenience. This room also includes a wall-mounted TV, making it a great hangout spot.

Full Bathrooms on Both Levels:
For your convenience, the home features two full bathrooms—one on each level.
Each bathroom is stocked with fresh bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths, as well as essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer to make packing a little easier.

Spacious Living & Entertaining on the Main Level:
The main level (lower level) offers a cozy yet open living space with a queen sofa sleeper and two sliding glass doors that frame beautiful lake views and lead you to both the open deck and the screened-in covered deck—perfect for relaxing in any weather.
Enjoy outdoor dining with your choice of grills: a Blackstone griddle, a Weber charcoal grill, or a gas grill—plenty of options for the grill master in your group!
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home, including a Ninja coffee maker, Ninja air fryer, Instant Pot, blender, and all the utensils, plates, cups, cookware, and storage bags you might need for cooking and dining.
For your convenience, there's also a stackable washer and dryer available for guest use, with laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.

Down by the Dock:
Take a leisurely stroll down the steps to the water and make yourself at home on the dock. You’ll find plenty to enjoy—kayaks for exploring, a swim pad for lounging, and rafts, floaties, and life jackets for fun on the water. Everything is ready for you to jump right in!

Bringing a Boat?
If you’d like to bring or rent a boat during your stay, Buddy’s Marina at the 1MM has a convenient boat launch just around the cove (only about 1.1 miles away by car). Once you’re out on the water, you’re welcome to tie up right alongside the dock for easy access to the house.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home, so you can settle in and make yourself comfortable. The only spaces off-limits are the clearly marked owner’s closets.
