Home away from home- Vacation Rental 304 (Silver Rated) est une location de vacances rénovée au troisième étage (sept. 2015). Salon et salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres - deux salles de bains. Lumineux et spacieux avec balcon privé sur le salon et la chambre principale avec vue sur le golfe et la piscine. Flat Panel couleur télévision par câble dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Lit king dans la chambre principale, lit queen et un jumeau dans la 2ème chambre et canapé convertible dans le salon. Laveuse / sécheuse dans condo. Assigné parking couvert. Accès Wifi. Local et longue distance GRATUIT aux États-Unis et au Canada. Propriétaire demande non fumeur. 7 nuits minimum toute l'année.

Beautiful gulf front view, very comfortable and clean. We appreciated the new doors and appliances. Very glad to have access to bathrooms by the pool. Parking options were ideal, lobby was secure. Would recommend the condo to others, it was a pleasant stay.

This property is perfect. The location of the unit, being a true gulf front property, with a pool and right on the beach is second to none. The decor is nice but could use some updating. Everything was clean and in proper working condition. Just wish the check in process was handled without having to go to another property.

Condo was spotless on arrival. Everything we needed was available to meet our needs. Furniture was comfortable and very nice! And the view, stunning! Highly recommend this location! Great Location

Had a great vacation. Condo and view was fantastic !! Restaurants in walking distance. JC Resorts was great to check in and hot water heater went out. They had it replaced the same day. Definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Location cannot be beat. Walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Unit was clean and well equipped. Owner I provided beach chairs, beach towels and other beach toys. Watched beautiful sunsets over the gulf right from the balcony. This place is paradise.

Nice place, great view! Would have been good to know the check on sight was not the condo site since we let our uber driver leave, but ended up in a nice place with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Took the trolly a few times. Overall great location if you don't rent a car.

Unit 304 at the Hamilton House

We have stayed at the Hamilton House several times but in different units. Unit 304 was very nice but a couple of items could be improved upon. The two biggest items are the rugs in the master bedroom an bath and the loud air conditioning unit. The location was perfect. The beach was right outside of the back of the building and restaurants were within walking distance.

Indian Rock Beach

Check in went well. Able to check in before three. Sun sets was amazing from balcony. Ate at guppy’s across the street and pizza spot to. Both very good. Very quiet, safe and secure spot. Able to ride the trolley down to st Pete’s and up to clear water for 5$ for the day. My only suggestion would be a key drop off at Hamilton house rather then have to go to sandy dollar to drop off keys. Would stay there again.
