Comme à la maison, la location de vacances 202 est un condo au deuxième étage. Salon et salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, deux chambres - deux salles de bain complètes. Lumineux et aéré avec balcon privé sur le salon et la chambre principale avec vue sur le golfe et la piscine. Téléviseurs couleur par câble dans le salon et toutes les chambres. Laveuse / sécheuse en condo. Parking couvert attribué. Internet haut débit. Le propriétaire demande de ne pas fumer. 7 nuits minimum toute l'année.

We love Hamilton House and especially love this unit and have stayed here multiple times. Clean and gorgeous ocean view. Beach is a few short steps and many great restaurants and businesses nearby. Managed by JC Resorts who are always a pleasure to work with, especially Annete.

The property and beach area are absolutely stunning! The many palm trees are perfect and add beauty to the scenery. The beach is hands down one of my favorite beaches that we have traveled too. Not super crowded. There are a handful of restaurants and stores within walking distance which makes things convenient. The condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything you could need or want. It was clean and has exceptional views. The only thing I would say that might need some attention is that it does have a pretty strong mildew smell that did get a bit better through out the week but was still very present. I know with being right on the water and maybe being closed up it can and does happen but maybe some type of humidifier or dampness remover might help. Overall it was a fabulous week!! It was our second year coming and we will be back. JC resorts rentals/staff are very friendly, organized and made check in and out easy and seamless.

Vacation stay

Overall it’s a great Condo to stay in and would for sure stay there again. The one issue we had with the shower was worked on and the staff kept us in the loop with the updates and completely fixed the problem. Thank you for your attentiveness to your guests!

Perfect Location

Excellent view of ocean. Passing dauphins were a delight. Walking distance to 3 or 4 good restaurants. Private parking and the beach is spotless. The condo is well maintained, clean and modern. Hopefully we are back in the not too distant future.
