I am terribly sorry to hear this. I did not see any earlier reports so I am taking care of it now. We have a fantastic cleaning and maintenance crew on staff who will be informed and would have been more than happy to take care of these items immediately.

Overall, very nice property. Location was excellent! Quick walk to restaurants and shops and steps away from the beach.The condo was in good shape - updated recently, but nothing is brand new.The layout was great and we really enjoyed the full balcony with access from living room and master bedroom. The living room sliding door did not work well so we did not use it.The Keurig was in the cabinet under the kitchen sink so we had to search for it. There is also no paper towel, no kleenex, no soap for washing dishes and no shampoo so be prepared to bring your own or purchase locally. There are also hairdryers in the closet, which was not listed in the description, so I brought my own. And, when we were there, there were 2 very nice beach chairs, an umbrella and a mini cooler. None of those were listed in the description, so it was a good thing we checked before we bought or rented because renting those items 45/day.

There's something special about being able to park the car and spend the rest of your vacation walking to the beach, restaurants, and local shops. We're so glad Sand Dollar 408 by JC Resorts North Office was the perfect home base for your getaway and that you enjoyed the updated condo, spacious layout, and those relaxing moments on the Gulf-front balcony. We also appreciate you sharing your feedback. We'll have the sliding glass door inspected to make sure it's operating as it should. For future guests, our standard starter supplies include bathroom tissue, garbage bags for the kitchen and bathrooms, kitchen wipes, and bar soap for the bathroom sinks and showers. We do not provide paper towels, Kleenex, dish soap, or shampoo. Items like the Keurig, beach chairs, cooler, and hair dryers are owner-provided extras and may vary from condo to condo, so we're happy they were a pleasant surprise during your stay. We hope those beach views bring you back again soon!

Great vacation

Condo was great. Ideal location, beach was clean and very nice. Great time of year to visit, no crowds and it was convenient to so many restaurants. Loved the extras, the beach chairs, and the balcony had a great view.

lovely place,but the housekeeping service could be better,we had to clean up a little when we arrived ,through no fault of owner ,just the service they use,other than that and the overgrown tree out back place was amazing,owners were very kind and helpful,we always try to leave it as we found it and left any pool toys for next guest

Great Family Vacation!

We enjoyed the condo. The pool and beach was never crowded. Both were quiet & family oriented! We saw tons of fish, dolphins, sea turtle nests. Walk to beach was short! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

Was a retirement celebration for my recent retirement. Love the Indian Rocks Beach area, a lot more laid back than surrounding areas/beaches. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within walking distance. Condo was recently updated and clean, had everything we needed including beach accessories, and beautiful views of the beach and sunsets. Definitely would stay here again !

Great vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hamilton House. The unit's location, space and amenities were great. We had one electrical issue that the management repaired immediately. The only complaint I have is that the floors really need a good cleaning and vertical blinds in the Master Bedroom need to be replaced. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cozy condo!

We had a great 2 week stay in this condo. The only things I would suggest is maybe some updating of furniture, fixtures and a deep cleaning. With that being said I would definitely stay here again. Hamilton House and JCResorts are phenomenal to work with for your vacation. Great communication and experience from beginning to end.

Best place we've stayed in Indian Rocks Beach!!!

We've been to Indian Rocks Beach many times and this has been our favorite condo so far. Excellent location, beautiful views, short walk to beach, decent pool, stairs and elevator close and easily accessible, king and double beds (vs. Queen and twins in many others), walls seem to be thicker, etc. A few things there to get you started, but you'll need to buy some basic things like paper towels, Kleenex, etc. (pretty normal to do so, but just nice to know you'll need to).
