This newly remodeled villa (2025) can sleep up to 9 people, has a fully stocked kitchen, stack washer and dryer, and quaint screened porch, in addition to a private back patio. 87 Waves boasts a large driveway, so trailer your boat! Public boat ramps are everywhere with the closest 3 miles away, placing you on the (ICW) Indian River Lagoon and only 7 miles to the Stuart inlet!

The west bedroom has a double and twin bed along with a large closet, dresser and side table. The master has a king size bed, two side tables and a large closet. Off the master you will find a sunroom separated by barn doors. This room can be used as a dedicated work space or an additional bedroom. You will find a TV, two swivel chairs and a murphy double bed. The master bathroom, with a walk-in shower, single vanity and toilet, will be found off the sunroom. The hallway bathroom also has a walk-in shower, single vanity and toilet. The living room has a sleeper sofa couch and love seat, TV, coffee table and end tables
