Chaque jour, vous vous sentirez comme �� l���été dans les paisibles Summer Breeze Condominiums! Ce condominium de 3 étages au design classique vous offre la possibilité de passer des vacances calmes et reposantes avec rien que la brise marine paisible
en dehors de vos fenêtres.  Chaque unité spacieuse dispose d'un balcon privé pour vous offrir une vue imprenable sur les couchers de soleil sur la Floride.  Et lorsque vous êtes prêt à plonger vos pieds dans le sable sucré des plus belles plages du monde, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de traverser la rue et vous y êtes. La piscine accueillante est dotée de nombreux transats et parasols, d’un bel aménagement paysager, d’un bain à remous et de douches pour une retraite sans sable. Et pour terminer une journée parfaite au soleil, rassemblez toute la famille pour un repas de cuisine!  Si vous n’avez pas envie de cuisiner, plusieurs restaurants appétissants attendent pour réchauffer vos papilles gustatives, tous à distance de marche. 

Summer Breeze est situé au cœur de Destin, les possibilités de divertissement sont donc impressionnantes! Les centres commerciaux en plein air, les cinémas, des centaines de restaurants, arcades et parcours de golf primés sont à quelques minutes
Ce condo loue à la semaine du samedi au samedi pendant les vacances de printemps. À partir du 4 juillet, nous demandons un séjour hebdomadaire.

Condo/Beach/Pompano Joes

This is the 3rd time that I have stayed at Summer Breeze. I have stayed at other locations close by but I Love this Location to the Beach and to Pompano Joes. Our vacation consists of Condo/Beach/Pompano Joes/Beach/Condo....in that order!! I will say, that over the years, the Prices have gone up and it needs a little updating, but other than that...we still love it!!!

Great location

To start off, this location was great! We loved seeing the ocean from our balcony and only having to cross the street to get to the beach. It was really nice to have free chairs and umbrella to use each day at the beach too! The place was clean, but was very outdated, mainly the kitchen. The fridge doesn't fit well and makes it hard to shut the door, you had to really push on it to make sure it was closed fully. Also, it was tiny and not stocked with much. There were only 3 regular sized spoons, so we had to use large spoons to eat too. Also, the bathtub had residue in it, I think maybe from an old non-slip mat, but not sure. The kids wanted to take baths, but we did showers instead. It was nice being within walking distance to Pompano Joe's for an easy dinner. Newman-Dailey was great to work with and we used the free adult pass for the dolphin cruise which was one of our favorite activities.

Would not go there again!

Property needs a lot of work! Wood is coming apart around the pool. I did not like the wood around the pool with kids walking around barefoot. The condo was really outdated and not very clean. The tub had residue on the bottom. Location is not ideal for families with children. You have to cross a busy road to get to beach. Public beach access across the street made the beach very crowded. We would not stay here again!

Thank you for taking time to leave your review of Summer Breeze 304. The pool area is maintained by the Homeowners Association, and we have made them aware of your concerns so they can be addressed. There is no private beach for Summer Breeze guests, therefore they use the public beach. Scenic Gulf Drive is a golf cart friendly, 2 lane, 25mph road very safe for children under adult supervision. We are sorry that these issues impacted your stay, and we hope you will give us another opportunity to host you again in the future.

This place was perfect except maybe the parking situation with only one way in and out. Other than that we had a great time! Great view! My boys loved their bunk beds and my oldest had the living room to herself!

Great stay across from the beach

We had a great short stay at Summer Breeze for Mother’s Day weekend. The unit is small, efficient, and had everything my wife and kids needed for a few nights. We typically stay beachside so were a little concerned about crossing the road to the beach, but it was it fine and a much shorter walk than we thought. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a great perk. Pompano Joe’s was only a 4-5 minute walk and had two outside bars to order apps and drinks. Only real con was the 9am checkout, but overall we enjoyed our stay and would return. Just a heads up, this is a third floor unit and there is no elevator.

Check in was a breeze, the condo was clean and well-stocked with cooking needs. We grilled by the pool and met wonderful people from across America, it was refreshing to know that folks from the north and folks from the south really aren’t that different!

4th July Destin visit

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is an older property but had a nice ocean view and was comfortable. It is nicely located allowing you to walk to some restaurants and shops. The road in front of the condo that you need to cross to get to the beach is busy but using the cross walks helped. We did not cook anything so we did not really pay attention as to how well equipped the kitchen was. We would return to Destin in the off season and stay here again but would avoid it on major holidays in the future, way to busy for us. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful time, the weather was perfect, the view was perfect, the Newman daily staff was friendly and helpful. the tile floors were great. however there was no dust pan to sweep the sand up and no pizza pan or cutter for a quick dinner. other than that we will see you next year

We are staying and SummerBreeze and will be here two more weeks. Our preliminary review is we've had a lot of trouble with your washers and dryers. To date we have lost 6 dollars. NOT GOOD

Great view from the third floor. Ac had issues and it was promptly addressed. There was no dustpan in the unit to sweep the floors. When we arrived all the Tv's were unplugged! The Tv in the bedroom has problems with the clarity of the picture. Only one frying pan with limited cooking utensils in the unit. I would suggest not planning on cooking a huge meal for the family as there is not enough pots/pans to cook a big meal. Tacos and spaghetti is about all you can cook. The unit is great overall but not expect a lot from this unit. I've stayed in another unit at summer breeze and it was stocked a lot better. The dishes in the dishwasher were dirty when we arrive at our unit!
