Fantastic Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect set-up for our family. We loved the first floor mudroom to keep all of our beach equipment. The bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice. This unit is in a great spot for walking to the beach. The private beach access was the best! We will be back.

Graduation Celebration

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and roomy. There was so much to do in the neighborhood as well. We walked everywhere. The private entrance to the beach was a very nice addition. Overall it was a great place to stay and we will be booking again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location with plenty of space for a large family with kiddos. Walking distance to shops, food and the beach. 3 pool options, tennis courts, corn hole, shuffle board - perfect for kids. The patio could use a few boards tightened, some seating and the doors are tricky. Overall FANTASTIC experience!

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et emplacement.
Decent unit, but lots of maintenance issues. All patio doors need new frames and hinges and most of the steps have loose treads. The windows can't be opened either. There were also bathroom drain problems, however the clog was fixed right away & the rental company was nice to deal with. The other sink needed a part as well. Other than the scary stairs, the other problems did not negatively affect our stay. The biggest problem I had was the difference in check/in/out time that was listed on VRBO. It is different than the rental company in charge of the unit. Don't rent through VRBO, rent directly from the rental company. You will pay more through VRBO and if there's any problems, they will tell you to work it out with the rental company. My dealings with VRBO were the most negative part of this rental.

Highly recommend this property. Location was as close to beach front as you can get without being on the beach. Communication with host was awesome. Our family age range was 2 years to 67 years and it was perfect for all!
