The individual who booked my property identified herself as “Niki,” but I later discovered her real name to be Ivori F. She claimed to be a Georgia resident. Upon booking, she stated there would be only four adult guests. However, what transpired was a completely unauthorized and illegal event. Summary of Events:     •    On the night of the incident, I observed through my security camera a large and growing crowd at the property. I immediately contacted law enforcement and arrived on-site with the police.     •    Over 200 individuals were present, many of whom were minors, engaging in drug use and underage drinking.     •    Guests were parked on my lawn, blocked my neighbor’s driveway, and obstructed the street.     •    Several guests fled the scene upon seeing police, while others who lacked transportation were escorted off the property by officers.     •    There were reports and live footage of firearms being displayed and handled recklessly by guests on the premises.     •    My property was left trashed, with numerous items stolen including towels and TV remotes.     •    The party posed not only a serious violation of house rules, but also a significant safety risk to the neighborhood and my property. Recommendation: I strongly advise against renting to Ivori F. (aka Niki) under any circumstances. Her actions were not only deceptive, but criminally negligent. Unless you’re operating a pigsty or rave hall, this guest will bring nothing but damage, liability, and danger to your property.
