The master bedroom features a cozy queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers two comfortable twin beds. A full hall bathroom is conveniently located nearby, ensuring everyone has their space.

The spacious dining area and private balcony are the highlights of this condo, providing the perfect spots to unwind with a meal or a refreshing drink. Great Family Rental

The Pros- Perfect for a family. Lots of room so everyone has their own space. Pool & hot tub were great & covered parking, right by the elevator was also a huge plus! The beach chairs, towels and toys provided were also a very nice surprise. The Cons- the master bed was terribly uncomfortable and stiff. Same with the pillows, if able- bring your own. The two twin beds were great though! Lastly, I may be hard to please, however, the cleanliness wasn’t exactly up to our standards. You could tell it was cleaned but not as thorough as I’d hoped. Particularly the bathrooms and kitchen (drawers & cabinets). Overall, the process was very easy to book, the correspondence leading up to our trip was great and our experience was memorable. I’d recommend this rental :-)

Great location

Location is great! Beach is across the road and the pool is nice and clean and heated. Beds are horrible and pillows are like cardboard boxes. There is very limits items in the kitchen for cooking. There is beach chair that was nice. There was only 2 beach towels but we asked for more and they brought them right over . Over all the location was the best part. Place was outdated and caret is gross but overall the condo was clean.

Beautiful views

The view was awesome we saw dolphins daily, a manatee and alligators as well as all the birds. However there was red tide in the area and dead fish was washing up all along the beach. We didn’t get to enjoy the ocean much but that is no fault of owner. The air conditioning only cooled the front of the condos the bedrooms were extremely hot and beds hard. But the view was amazing!

Beautiful views

Overall it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the United. Offers a lot of privacy and the views were amazing. The bay on one side the beach on the other. A. I’ve short walk to the beach. Sidewalks made it easy. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the main bedroom. It seems old and was not real easy to sleep on but it did not ruin my time at all. I think a king would be a lot better as well. As for the cleanliness I’ll say this. It was clean but with covid going on I would pay more attention to the high touch areas like the cabinets and light switches. I know this is a very busy time and it’s hard to accommodate early check ins and keep everyone happy so I understand. We actually came early and the staff did everything to get us in early and that was a huge plus. Thank you. This is a great unit to rent as a family for sure So anyone looking to get away to a great place this is one I recommend 😊

Indian Shores

Unfortunately, due to COVID 19, our vacation was cut short. Our week in Indian Shores was enjoyable and we look forward to returning. Our experience with the Management company was very good. They were very pleasant and helpful. This Unit is spacious, bright, with excellent views out every window. It was clean but unfortunately needs much tender loving care. Kitchen did not have some basic items such as Kettle, large bowls, utensils, etc. Front door and entrance needs replaced and entire unit is in need of a paint job. Bathrooms need updating, bathtub in master bedroom is chipping, and stained. Shower curtain needs replaced. Beach equipment is sparse. No umbrella, beach cooler, or beach chairs that are easy to carry. Don’t want to scare people off from renting this unit, but you should know what your paying for. And, we would probably rent or again.

Very comfy condo

Very easy process to rent, check in (received all info via email), and check out (call the office when we left). We found the master bed to be firm but comfortable. The condo was clean and had starter supplies for paper goods and dishwasher tablets. The laundry room in the fourth floor takes quarters and credit cards. I did wish the kitchen had pot holders, a pizza pan, and a pancake turner. I also wished there were more than two beach towels, but it turned out we didn’t need any as our week was too windy and cool to swim. We would rent here again.

Christmas vacation in Indian Shores

Overall the condo was welcoming and comfortable. The furnishings were very bright and “beachy” The condo itself could use some updating, but everything functioned fine. My only issue was the fact the air conditioner could not be set below 72 degrees for fear of the unit freezing. At times it would feel stuffy in the condo. It would have been nice to be made aware of this at the time of booking. We’ve stayed at the complex before and it is a very pleasant place to stay and a great location.

This property was located in an ideal location for all your needs. Clean, quit and kept up well.

We really enjoyed our stay here!! The view was just wonderful in every direction. Got to see dolphins swimming through the bay. Walking distance to many restaurants and very close to the beach right across the street. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The people at the property and around town where just so friendly and welcoming!! Would definitely come back!!

Beautiful location and pretty home.

The space is nice and clean. It's a little small for 6 people as the sleeper sofa is terribly lumpy and you can feel the springs so plan on kids sleeping on the floor. Also, bring your own pillow:) The people in the building are the sweetest!! Kitchen view is lovely and the decks are really nice. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. I would call this a good value.

Great location. Easy to work with

Very nice condo. Comfortable, quiet, close to everything along the beach. Sandcastle property management were very easy to work with. TV's in bedrooms don't appear to be hooked to the cable or internet but did not need them. Hot shower and comfortable bed but new pillows on beds would be a suggestion.
