Hidden Gem

If you're an older couple looking for rest and relaxation, this is the place. Very quiet with beautiful views. Loved watching the dolphins from the dock.

Condo with a view

We had a great two week stay here. Relaxing spot on the water with awesome views and a short drive to beaches, restaurants, etc. The owners were very accommodating in all aspects of our stay. We wouldn’t definitely like to stay here again!!

The Host Shawn was amazing. He was quick to respond prior to the trip and during the trip as well. He was also a very personable guy while talking to him on the phone. Great experience.

We had a fantastic time visiting! The property was clean, the communication was amazing, and I was even contacted to let me know my son left behind a swimsuit! The neighbors were incredibly helpful and answered any questions I had! The location is quiet and a perfect place to relax. We will absolutely visit again!

The property was super clean. The owner's attention to detail was appreciated. Everything matched. The towels did not look worn out or used and smelled fresh! The location was great. The view spectacular from this unit!

Everything about this was wonderful, except our car was bigger than the covered carport and the guest spot was often full. The owner provided an alternative, which helped.

Communication was great, pictures are very accurate, you cannot beat that view! It was a very quiet area with easy access to dining, beaching, groceries exce. We are already planning our trip back for next year and would 100% book here again!

Great stay on Treasure Island!

Our weekend stay at Jincy's condo was perfect, except for some uncooperative weather on our second day. The condo is exactly as pictured and frankly the view and location is much better than the pictures in person. There were owners from the community around during our check-in & stay, and they were extremely kind and informative about the area and things to do. Jincy's husband Sean was also around the first day and gave us some fishing advice around the docks, as well as borrowed us some of his personal fishing gear since we were limited on what we brought. He was really cool, and was greatly appreciated. It was an overall awesome stay and we will definitely be back. Thanks Jincy & Sean and the rest of the community owners for being so welcoming.

It was nice despite the weather not bring good. Pool never was warm enough to use. Maybe leave details on how to use TV remote better. We could not get TV to work multiple times. And there was no bar soap in bathroom just empty box under sink and only 2 rolls of TP

Awesome property! Will stay again!

This property was wonderful, even better than pictured. Everything was as described plus more. The location is great, property was clean and had all necessities. Nicely updated, great beachy decor and perfect for our 5 night stay. Jincy was very easy to get in touch with and always responded quickly. Our car rental company tried to talk us into a larger vehicle, but Jincy had warned in the checkin info that the included parking spot was best suited for smaller cars and I agree! Everyone was very nice, we had a great time and hated to leave.

Perfect Location!

Jincy’s condo was perfect for us! Fantastic waterfront location in Treasure Island. We saw dolphins daily (huge bonus) and our boys really enjoyed the pool! Everyone was very friendly, condo was so clean and comfortable with all the amenities! Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

PERFECT getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in Treasure Island. The patio and deck, the pool over looking the inlet was beautiful. Dolphins every morning and evening, 10 min walk to the restaurants, shops and bars. Clean and comfortable, private place. We will definitely return!

We would definitely love to stay here again, it was very clean and the location was so great. You can sit out on the dock and watch the sunrise and then go over to the beach and watch the sunset! Highly recommend this place to stay at!!!
