We reserve the right to ask for your ID at any time during your stay to verify that the guest identity matches the VRBO profile.
>> NO GUESTS OR EVENTS <<
We do not allow you to host gatherings or events in our residence. No additional guests allowed. Only the guest(s) on the VRBO reservation are allowed at our property. The fee for unauthorized extra guests is $50 per person per day. If you go over the eight-person limit there is an additional $500 fee. No exceptions.

Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. While early check-ins can't be guaranteed due to potential same-day check-outs, we'll inform you on the day if it's possible. When leaving the unit, please close and lock the windows, the front door, the main entrance door, and close the gate.

Ample parking is available in the horseshoe shaped driveway. Please make sure the gate latches behind you.
>> NO SMOKING POLICY <<
For the comfort of all guests, smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 30 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $1000 to deep clean the property. Smoking is allowed on the cement patio behind the garage.
>> PETSâDOGS ONLY <<
We happily welcome up to two well-behaved dogs. Theyâll love the half-acre fenced yard and cozy dog bed waiting for them inside. We ask that puppies stay home until fully house trained and vaccinated. Unfortunately we are unable to allow cats due to allergies. A dog bed, bowls, and poo bags are available for their comfort. Please be respectful and pick up after your pets. We have a fully fenced yard on 1/2 of an acre.

Please respect the neighbors and maintain a noise-conscious atmosphere after 10 pm, especially outside. They live here full time. Your consideration is appreciated!

For the safety of guests, the internet router must stay plugged in at all times, barring a service interruption where the router needs to be reset. If we determine with our internet service provider that a guest has unplugged the router, penalties will apply, which may include a fee and/or the immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
