Bienvenue dans notre condo joliment meublé de deux chambres situé au premier étage d'une maison ancienne. Idéalement situé dans une rue calme entre Bradford et Commercial Street, à quelques pas de tout ce que PTown a à offrir. La maison est lumineuse et aérée et possède des fenêtres sur les quatre côtés de la maison. Il dispose d'un patio à usage exclusif et se trouve à 5 minutes à pied du quai MacMillan et des ferries.

Les deux chambres ont des lits queen size avec matelas et commodes Sealy Posturepedic. Petit dressing dans l'une des chambres pour plus de rangement. La salle de bain a un sol de carreaux et une baignoire / douche carrelée ainsi qu'une vanité en granit et un grand miroir. Le salon dispose d'un canapé ainsi que de deux chaises pour accueillir quatre personnes confortablement.

La cuisine du chef comprend des plans de travail en granit, des couteaux de cuisine, des chaudrons et autres ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisson, ainsi qu'un four micro-ondes. Une machine à café Nespresso et un mousseur de lait Aeroccino (capsules de café fournies) sont à la disposition des clients pour savourer un café sans quitter la maison. Les autres appareils de cuisine incluent la gamme GE, le lave-vaisselle GE, le réfrigérateur GE avec machine à glaçons, le grille-pain, le mixeur, le mixeur, la cafetière ordinaire et la machine à espresso Bialetti. Un petit bar fournit tous les outils pour mélanger vos cocktails préférés.

Autres équipements: parking sur rue dédié, climatisation (ventilateur saisonnier), ventilateurs de plafond, stores pour la vie privée, télévision à écran plat 32 pouces avec câble, Apple TV (4ème génération), Sonos Wireless Music Steaming, Internet haut débit sans fil. , laveuse et sécheuse communes gratuites, fer et planche à repasser, serviettes de plage, chaises de plage et parasol.

La terrasse est pour votre usage exclusif et a une coupe et une table extérieures. Un grill est également disponible sur le patio. Pour la saison de location 2019, nous avons amélioré la literie avec de nouveaux draps et couettes, et avons récemment repeint le salon et les deux chambres.

Fantastic location and hosts!

Diane and Regina were amazing hosts! Their was great communication prior to and during our stay. The unit was as exactly as described, a quick walk to the beach, and in a close vicinity to the center of town. We appreciated their welcome snacks, and for providing extra linens for guests arriving mid-week.

Ptown Perfection!

The place was immaculate, very spacious and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing getaway. Comfortable beds with nice linens, well-stocked kitchen, clean bathroom and lots of space. Great Wi-Fi too which allowed us to stay on top of a little work. Wonderful location that's an easy walk to just about anything in town; restaurants, shops, bars or just nice walk along the beach. Pre-arrival information was much appreciated and only one minor issue that was resolved in seconds. We will definitely return to this perfect Ptown residence!!

Perfect Spot for a Provincetown Vacation!

This cozy apartment was exactly as described -- bright and airy, comfortable and convenient. The apartment was spotless and clean upon arrival, the kitchen was well supplied for cooking and dining at home, the beds comfortable and the living room or outdoor space were perfect to relax and hang out. Park your car upon arrival in the unit's parking spot and leave it there! Walk onto Dyer Street and turn right, and it's an easy walk to Far Lands for coffee and pastries in the morning. Turn left and it's a brief stroll right into the center of town and Commercial Street -- shopping, restaurants, shows and people watching are all conveniently close. This is the perfect spot from which to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer. The owners are helpful, easily reachable and responsive to questions. Five out of five stars for this homeaway getaway!

Everything was Perfect!

This place is perfect! So comfortable and quaint. The place is furnished perfect and the natural lighting and breeze that comes through the windows even better. the floor plan is great and we loved the eat in kitchen for breakfast and coffee in the morning. The outdoor seating area was perfect for wine in the evenings with the awesome Ptown breeze blowing over us. I highly recommend!

Best location in the best place on earth!

We have been spending summers at Ptown for 16 years and this condo was certainly one of the best we have stayed in. It is located one block from Commercial street in the East end within a 5 to 20 min walk to just about everything. The outdoor space is perfect for early morning coffee while checking email and the interior is just the right space for 3 or 4 adults. Diane was very easy to contact and were very responsive, seeing to any need we had - a very gracious host! Netflix and the Sonos music streaming app were big bonuses. The wi-fi was very fast. You won't be disappointed!

Perfect spot in the Cape

We had a wonderful time. This is our 2nd year in PTown and this apartment was a step above our previous year. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The location is perfect, just a short tuck from the center of town but quiet at night. We appreciated the easy and stocked kitchen, the private sitting space and grill outside and the spacious apartment. We will definitely return. This will be our go to PTown haunt!

Another Great Stay

This was our second time spending a week in this rental and it was another great experience! The space is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, not to mention in a great location on a beautiful street. Works great for two couples or if you want a little extra space, just two people. Regina and Diane are great to work with start to finish and the space is so well-kept. It’s also close to restaurants and galleries without being on busy Commercial Street. The outdoor seating is great for enjoying coffee in the morning or a bottle of wine at night, and is a really nice space to further unwind on your vacation. We tend to cook in a fair amount rather than going out to dinner each night and the kitchen is stocked perfectly with cook wear and serving wear for any meal. Can’t recommend it enough!

Delightful beach condo!

Beautiful condo-clean, modern with a beach vibe. Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable and the provided linens and towels were much appreciated. Best of all is the location. A one block stroll to Commercial Street down a lovely side street. Surprisingly quiet house considering it central local. Highly recommend a stay!

Great property and awesome owners!

What a perfect Ptown property! Exactly as pictured in photographs. Very clean and bright, and a great location. We had a small issue with the fire alarms while we were there, but the owners were extremely accommodating and even brought us sweets and a gift certificate for lunch for our (minor) troubles. So nice, friendly, and proactive! Very well-equipped kitchen. We for sure would want to stay here again. Great experience!

Just the right amount of space! Very charming!

We stayed at Regina and Diane's for Family Week 2017. There was the perfect amount of space and everything we needed was easily accessible! The location is very close to Commercial St but the street is not very busy so it is quiet. The bedroom ACs kept the whole unit cool. Our hosts were quick to reply to all communications and the unit was exactly as described! Would recommend!!!

Everything you could need for a week in ptown

Great space, all the amenities you could need, comfortable, updated and clean, and close to commercial street without being too busy of a street. Nice outdoor seating space as well. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple or two for a vacation rental.

Cute Apartment Within Walking Distance to Everything

Charming, little apartment -- perfect for a week-long getaway. The unit has all of the necessary amenities and is tastefully decorated and amazingly comfortable. It felt like home away from home. Diane & Regina were a delight to book with. Everything was taken care of and we arrived at a spotless, bright and cheery apartment on the first floor of the building. It was the perfect size for two couples traveling together; we took full advantage of the outdoor BBQ and seating area as well as the living room (on rainy days). The apartment is located within walking distance to the galleries or all of the excitement of the Boatslip. Despite being on the first floor, I barely heard any outside noise unless the windows were open at night. The kitchen was fully equipped for any anticipated cooking. The Nespresso pods for morning coffee were the icing on the cake! Would definitely love to stay here again.

We wanted to be central enough, yet have a quiet place to relax with some outdoor space of our own. You can leave the car behind and pretty much walk to anything in town from our place. The condo gets a ton of natural light and has two full size bedrooms. We loved the feel of it immediately and we are sure so will you.

We think the location is perfect, there is enough space for up to four people and you have your own patio to hang out on. Restaurants, shops and the best sandwich shop in town are all just steps away.
