With 3300 square foot of living space which includes 5 bedrooms, this property is the perfect stop for families or larger groups looking to enjoy all Florida has to offer. Situated in the gated and peaceful Watersong community, you will find everything you need here for a fantastic vacation. Guests will enjoy free WiFi and all TVs are Roku equipped to allow access to our guests’ own video streaming accounts such as Netflix, Amazon etc.

Comfortably sleeping up to ten guests; there are five large bedrooms; two master King-size suites; one King size ensuite, and two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

As you enter the villa there is an open-plan tiled space which includes the well-equipped kitchen, breakfast area and lounge/family room.

A separate carpeted dining area is available for more formal dining and the ground floor also boasts a master U.S. king-size bedroom suite as well as a ½ bathroom (WC) just off the Lanai/pool deck, a laundry room and a games room.

Upstairs, we have a second lounge/family room, the second of our master King-size suites, a king size ensuite and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.

On the ground floor you will find a modern kitchen with granite work surfaces, a multi-functional oven and ceramic hob, an overhead microwave and extractor, a dishwasher, sink with waste disposal and a large fridge/freezer.

In addition, at your disposal is a pantry for your food, and appliances including coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, blender, and a full range of pots, crockery, utensils, glasses and cutlery.

The kitchen has breakfast bar seating and off the kitchen, overlooking the pool deck is the breakfast area with an informal dining table with further seating for four.

Patio doors lead out to the pool and deck where you can also choose to take advantage of the outdoor shaded lanai with multiple seating areas.

For those special dining occasions, adjoining the lounge, you will find a separate dining room with seating for eight in style and comfort.
It is ideal for special occasions such as Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas and of course for those special family get togethers.

The main living area's open plan design is spacious allowing everyone to remain connected whether in the formal dining area, kitchen, breakfast nook area or the lovely relaxing lounge/family area with comfy seating and flat screen TV.

On the ground floor, privately situated on one side of the villa and ideal for guests with limited mobility, we also have the first of our two spacious luxury master bedroom suites, with a U.S. King-size bed, flat screen TV, large chest of drawers and bedside cabinets, large walk-in closet, ensuite with 'his and hers' double vanity/washbasins, large walk-in double shower and toilet.

To complete the ground floor accommodation there is a laundry/utility room where you will find a full size washer and dryer so no need to travel home with dirty laundry. An additional ½ bathroom also completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find the remaining bedrooms and second living space, which provides a second family seating/lounge area with a large comfortable curved sofa and a flat screen TV. With two lounges to allow guests to spread out there is no shortage of space.

The second luxury master bedroom has a King-size bed, large chest of drawers, nightstands, large walk-in closet, ensuite with 'his and hers' double vanity/washbasins, large walk-in double shower and WC.

The Watersong resort is set in a tranquil setting abundant with natural flora and fauna surrounded by lush greenery, woodlands, lakes and conservation areas. It is tucked away from the hustle & bustle of Kissimmee, yet only a short distance from Disney and the many other magical Florida delights.

The secure gated entrance which is manned 24/7 welcomes you with a stately sculptured fountain leading through to the beautiful community of private villas.

Watersong also benefits from a 6,700 Sq. Ft Clubhouse to which guests have full access free of charge during opening times of 08:30 to 17:00 each day (the Clubhouse community pool is open from 08:30 to dusk each day).. The Clubhouse with friendly & helpful reception staff is just a short walk from the home and includes: a large resort style zero entry pool and spa; a cybercafé with high speed internet access; a fully equipped gymnasium with a range of cardio vascular equipment; an entertaining games arcade; a spacious lounge area with large screen TV; local information and attraction brochures a sand volleyball court; and a children's play area.

Watersong community is situated close to Interstate 4 and the US27 both providing easy access to all of Orlando's popular theme parks, multiple high quality award-winning championship golf courses, the treasures of both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts, as well as great shopping experiences at the numerous Designer Outlets.

For the theme park fans, the resort is just 20 minutes from the gates of Disney World and 35 minutes from Universal and Seaworld
For those that like to shop, the numerous discounted designer outlets are easy to reach and offer well stocked and very cost-effective bargains.
For those that like to golf, Watersong benefits from having Providence Golf Club right next door, Champions Gate Golf Club designed by Greg Norman and Reunions many challenging courses only a short drive away and many more nearby.
For those that like to fish, a short drive south is the area of “100 Lakes” for fishing and experience of the real Florida!

Please note that our properties are self catering and so guests will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. Upon arrival, each property shall have a toilet roll on each toilet roll holder, a trash bag in each trash can and a soap in each bathroom for your use. To help get you started there will be 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods and 2 spare trash liners. Any further items beyond this will need to purchased by guests as per their individual needs. Pool and spa heat (if applicable) can be added at a charge of $35 per day.
