Soleil chaud de Floride et une vue éblouissante ... magnifique Marco Island à son meilleur. Ce spacieux condo de deux chambres en bord de mer est synonyme de luxe et de commodité. L'unité a été récemment rénovée, y compris des comptoirs en granit et 2 salles de bain complÚtes. Regardez les dauphins passer. La chambre principale et le salon ont accÚs au balcon de 22 pieds avec la vue panoramique à un million de dollars de l'océan. Toutes les photos de la plage sont prises depuis le balcon

We’ve been coming to Marco for years and this was our favorite place! Absolutely stunning view and easy access to the beach. Accessible to restaurants and fun activities. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and great communication. We will be back!

Relaxing vacation

Nick is very attentive prior to your stay and will reach out to make sure you are aware of the check-in process. When we arrived, the garbage in the kitchen was not emptied and there a box of red wine that spilled in one of the cabinets. My husband cleaned everything up. We contacted Nick and told him. He was apologetic and made sure extra garbage bags were delivered to our room, but we definitely lived the wine smell for a few days. The other issues had nothing to do with the room. The pool area is small and there is very little shade. Also, unfortunately, many people ignored the signs throughout the condo about no floats in the pool and no food or drink in/around the pool. People also ignored the "no wet suits" inside the building which often left the area by the elevators slippery. The beach and the gulf were lovely and we appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs in the room. The view was great - wonderful sunsets! Many fabulous restaurants within minutes of the place.

Was listed as sleeping 6 people luckily only my son and I went. If the other two couples came it would not have worked. Only one couple gets queen other couple twins and my son and I on futon. Will pay more attention to sleeping arrangements better next time. Otherwise a lovely location

Love the Sea Winds

We've stayed at the Sea Winds in various units dozens of times and it's an inexpensive and great beachfront property. This unit was very nice and we had a great time staying there. There seemed to be some moisture issues in the unit.

Great place! Great location!

First time to Marco and definitely coming back! Loved Marco and Sea Winds. Very nice facility, pool and boardwalk to the beach. Well maintained! Very friendly staff and guests.

NICE VIEW AND NICE AMENITIES

The Condo needs some deep cleaning. I would fire the cleaning company. The bedrooms had so much dust and debris under the beds it was disgusting. The master bathroom shower ceiling is peeling and has black stuff coming through. Maybe black mold. The floor felt like still had sand from the previous renters. The bedspread in the master bedroom was so faded it was embarrassing. The owner was very nice and helped with immediate internet issues. I am sure he counts on a good cleaning crew and unfortunately they are not doing a good job for him. I would use Nick again but would want to be sure the condo has been cleaned thoroughly.

Property had a perfect vantage point of the beach and Golf of Mexico. Amazing daily sunset views on the extra large oversized balcony as well as morning views of the sunrise over the city. We love Marco Island and come back every year!

Great view - not much more

3rd time I stayed here. Each time was equally filthy dirty. Needs to fire the cleaning crew. They are Terrible. Closet door brok; ac filter filthy; no spare lighht bulbs, batteries dead to name a few. Etc.

Fantastic Marco Island Stay

We went to Marco Island this year as a substitute for our usual stay at Fort Myers Beach. Nick and his condo did not disappoint. There were a few extra supplies you don’t normally had in condo rentals that made things easier for us. The condo was clean and in a great area. With the 15th floor location we saw nothing but water when we looked out the window. The second elevator in the building was out of operation but that only was a minor inconvenience mainly around check-in time. Nice pool and just a few steps to the beach. Great restaurants within driving distance. Highly recommend.
