This is a residential area where many local families live and work. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially on weekdays.

House Rules:
No smoking indoors. You may smoke outside, but please keep doors closed to prevent smoke from entering.

Towels are provided for up to 8 guests. Let me know if you need more, and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

A first aid kit is available in the house if needed.

TV & Streaming:
All four smart TVs are connected to the internet. To access streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, you’ll need to create a Samsung account. Don't forget to log out of your accounts before checking out!
