Great location for hiking, shopping and just looking at the view from the home. There truly is a bull moose that hangs out on the property.

This is as such a special stay. It’s one of those places that you walk in and feel the beautiful energy in it. It was incredibly peaceful; I even extended my stay. So close to town and everything the area has to offer.

This home was a wonderful spot for our family gathering. The setting is incredibly beautiful, the kitchen is stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted, and there are board games, a large library, and a cabinet filled with first aid supplies and toiletries. It's a short and beautiful drive to Nederland. Almost no traffic on the road and no neighbor noise. We loved the property so much, we're considering booking it again for next year.

April Warm Weather Stay

We loved the location- easy to find, easy to get to town, friendly neighbors. We have beautiful April weather and really were able to enjoy the time outside. We did bring a pet and like the small fenced space, especially for night time. Our only complaint was we are night time tv watchers (and would be more so if we brought our kids) but the Roku is outdated and would not work with any of the apps we wanted to use due to the firmware being too old, so we had to go to Boulder to grab our own.

Thanks so much for coming for a visit, Holly! We appreciate you mentioning your experience with the Roku and we’ll get that updated. So sorry you weren’t able to enjoy nighttime television as easily as you’d hoped. If you come for another visit, you’ll not have any worry about that again! We appreciate you!
