The space
This is a 1-bedroom apartment on the fourth floor of the building with a King-size Bed. One Full Bathroom with warm and cold water. You can use the full kitchen with all the Supplies needed to cook and dine. The washer and dryer are inside the apartment for your use. You will love the sunsets from the Balcony and a relaxing time in the Pool downstairs

Check-In and Check-Out Instructions: Please read the instructions for arrival and departure. It will make things easier for you before and during your stay. Check-in starts at 4:00 pm and check-out is allowed until 11:00 am. We may charge a 100$ late checkout fee.
Host communication: Contact us directly to Vrbo messages if you have any questions or if you want to report an incident. DO NOT go or call the Leasing Office. The apartment management IS NOT authorized to help you in any way with your stay.
NO PARTY POLICY: Our property is not suitable for parties or events. DO NOT TRY IT HERE. If any attempt to disturb is detected during your booking, we will have to cancel your reservation and you'll need to vacate our property. Police will be notified and a $ 1,000$ fee will be charged to your account.
Minimum age: The guest responsible for the reservation and verified owner of the Vrbo account must be under 21. We may ask for ID verification before your arrival.
Respectful Behavior: Please treat our home with the same respect you would treat your own. Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
No Smoking: This is a smoking-free community. No smoking is allowed inside our property and our community.
Pets: Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. We want to ensure a comfortable environment for guests with allergies.
Guest Limit: The reservation is for the number of guests specified in your booking. Please inform us if there are any changes to the guest count.
Cleanliness: Please keep the space tidy during your stay. We don't charge a cleaning fee in front of your booking. However, any significant cleaning issue that leads to an additional cleaning cost will be requested after your checkout.
