The private balcony extends from the master bedroom to the living area and is a perfect place for your morning coffee or evening cocktails offering breath-taking views of the beautiful emerald green & blues of the Gulf of Mexico along with its memorable sun rises and captivating sunsets. Calypso 306W is complete with all the modern amenities- high speed internet/ WiFi, large flat screen TV's in living area and all 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials, bed and bathroom linens.

The living area is spacious with custom furnishings and artwork, as well as providing modern amenities like a large flat screen TV, DVD player and high speed internet/ WiFi. The sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests. Adjacent to the living area is a formal dining table and wet bar accented with mother of pearl tile.
The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and white appliances. The bar counter is a perfect size for breakfast, afternoon snacks or cocktail hour. The cabinets are stocked with cups, plates, utensils, dinnerware, cooking pots and pans.

The master suite is complete with a king size bed, large flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath. Designed for relaxation, the jewel tone colors are reflected directly from the panoramic view of the gulf and sunsets from your private balcony.
There are two guest bedrooms within this deluxe condo unit. The first guest bedroom is dawned with a tranquil touch of color with a queen size bed, dresser, large flat screen TV and DVD player. The second guest bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed with a twin size bed over a full size mattress, dresser and flat screen TV and DVD player. This is a perfect arrangement for children, teens, or any additional guests who may be traveling with you.
