This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with two twin beds. Additionally, a sofa bed in the large den provides extra sleeping space.
Enjoy plenty of room to spread out with a bright and airy living room and an additional den, both perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts large countertops, stainless steel appliances, and even a wine fridge—perfect for entertaining. Gather around the electric fireplace in the living room for a cozy evening indoors.

Step outside to the backyard, where you'll find an outdoor dining set, ideal for enjoying meals in the fresh coastal air. This home also includes a washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as WiFi to keep you connected.

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
