Pros: The location was great, the size of the unit was good for 2 families, the unit had been cleaned, and the living area was really cute and comfy.Cons: Master shower was covered in mold, needs some TLC (hole in wall from the toilet paper holder, broken base board, broken patio furniture). There was severe wind when we were visiting (obviously out of anyone’s control), but the main door to beach and pool access was blocked almost all week because they wouldn’t fix the hydrological system. 2 of our 4 tvs wouldn’t work until the last 2 days and communication wasn’t great. There were also multiple occasions where parking was very difficult to find. Has the potential to be a great place.

The view from this property was fantastic! You are steps from the beach, which makes going back and forth from the unit to the beach easy, especially with young kids. Our kids also really enjoyed the pool. You can walk to many restaurants and shops, and there's plenty of access to parking for the unit right across the street. Check-in and check-out was simple, and the property manager responded promptly to any questions. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and a great living room space to hang out and watch the waves from the balcony. The unit felt spacious for our family of four. The unit could use use some new pans, as some were starting to warp on the bottom, and the oven takes upwards of 20 minutes to preheat. This isn't a huge issue, but worth noting for if you plan to cook. The building had several elevator issues while we were there, which were fixed quickly. We had an excellent stay overall for our first time in PBC, and would recommend this unit!

Phenomenal

Everything was amazing from the location to the decor of the unit. The unit was very clean and overlooked the gulf of America from the 10th floor. It was honestly perfect for us and our 3 kids. Lots of room and enough beds for everyone. We will most definitely be returning!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful rental, clean and comfortable! The property description was accurate- the location, layout, amenities were as expected! Kitchen was spacious and stocked with everything that is essential! Would recommend packing a scrubby and extra kitchen towels, to make things easier. My family had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the beach, pool and balcony! Plenty of seating for family time in the dining area and living room! Would recommend the PCB Axe throwing and rage room- everyone had a blast! Close by shopping at Pier Park was enjoyed by all and Lunch at Dicks Last Resort was fun (mature audience recommended)! Would stay again and recommend to others !!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. The sweeper was not working and I let them know. A new one was delivered in a couple of hours. I would stay again. Very responsive. Thank you!

This booking was affordable and amazing ! Directly on the beach,perfect view , a king size bed , 2 twin beds , a bunk bed , plenty of room ! 2 bathrooms, washer dryer ,dishwasher. Absolutely one of the cleanest places i have ever stayed at . The pictures are exceptional but in person is so much more beautiful! As many places the elevator is a bit slow, and the pool is shaded but I highly recommend if your looking for clean, spacious , affordable, amazing view ,and a great time!

We loved the location, but the fact that there were NO Kitchen Cleaning Rags or Towels didn't make sense. The one thing I can't get past is the Mold on the Ceiling in the Master Bathroom. We all 5 had to take turns showering in the small guest bathroom because we didn't want to get sick from the mold.
