Please let me know if you want to book the up and downstairs, I can set it up as one booking. The downstairs unit property ID is 2407287.

Amazing beach front property at Goose Rocks Beach, beautiful views and direct access to the beach. This is a spacious 4 bedroom property with 2 full bathrooms. The property was renovated in 2020. This is the upstairs unit, the top two floors of the house. There is a connecting door between the two units if the whole house wanted to be rented. That would include 3 additional bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. Sheets and towels are included in the nightly rate. The rental fee includes a regular cleaning service, however there will be an additional cleaning charge if excessive cleaning is required. The address is 571 Kings Highway, Kennebunkport.

This is a lovely beachfront property. There is everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The only issue with this property is the lack of soundproofing. We had happy, active, verbal children staying in the lower unit this time. If privacy and quiet are your thing you made need to rent both units or look to another listing.

Fantastic location! We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. Walking along the beach and being entertained by the seals was a plus Many dining & grocery locations all available within a 15 minute drive. The unit's kitchen was well appointed allowing us to prepare our own meals.

Thank you for the absolutely gorgeous stay at this beautiful rental. The views are what make the place. There is a deck that allows for outdoor coffee time, as well as a yard with a fire pit. (I was not able to find any fire tools, however?) The primary bedroom is amazing, the others are more serviceable with no-fuss twin beds. I appreciated how clutter-free the rental was. The kitchen had a keurig and drip coffee maker (make sure to bring extra k-cups or beans!) and was stocked for people who might want to cook. The beach was so beautiful. The highlight of our stay was taking morning walks.

The house was advertised as “whole house” and after I booked it I came to find out it CAN be booked that way but I had reserved the second and third floors only. Nice family rented the first floor but we had to share the fire pit and picnic table area and when we used them they were sitting feet away on their porch. Worked out fine but could have been a negative. No games, movies, information on the area and things to do and very little info on the rental guidelines. Again, no issue for us as we came prepared. Host was super responsive to our questions when we had them. TV volume stopped several times for no apparent reason. Hmmm The location couldn’t have been more perfect! We were 5 women celebrating retirement and the setting and house met our every need! The very nice next door neighbor even agreed to shut off his outside light to allow us to leave the shades up for a cross breeze AND enjoy the sunrises. We look forward to returning.

If you’re coming to be on the beach then you won’t be disappointed. You can’t beat the location and the views from the property. It’s directly on the sand on a very quiet beautiful section of GRB. The house itself is basic but is very clean and has everything you need for an excellent beach vacation.

The house was fantastic! You could not imagine a more beautiful view! The house met our needs perfectly- we loved every minute. Added bonuses were the use of the beach chairs, the beach towels, everything we could want in the kitchen and comfortable beds. Our host was very responsive to our questions. We would love to return!

Beautiful, small cove. Feels like a private beach!Very easy beach access.View from the balcony is amazing.Everything we needed, and the top two floors were plenty for our family of 7.Highly recommend!

Expected much more

The location was beautiful but we were disappointed in the condo's condition. Missing window screens made for uncomfortable sleeping. Missing and broken window shades strained our privacy. Pet stains on the carpet and rugs were shocking. Listing info omits that sleeping accommodations consist of six twin beds and one king. Twin beds had old uncomfortable coiled springs. Host ignored our concerns. We expected a lot more.

Bee Invasion! 🐝🐝🐝🐝

We were informed by the owner about two hours before check in time that there was a bee issue at the house. We were already in Maine. We didn’t realize the seriousness of the situation until we arrived. Thank God no one in our party was allergic to bees! We killed 50+ bees inside the house during our 4 day stay. The owners are sweet people but never offer any compensation for any inconveniences. Last year we had no TV or Internet during our stay! The house is located in a very beautiful spot on the beach. It does need a few repairs. Smoke alarms were missing and there were some broken shades and screen doors. I love Goose Rocks Beach and have been coming every year for over 20 years. I am disappointed that with such a high rental fee, things weren’t more up to par and we were offered no compensation for living with the bee infestation. Would I recommend this house? Like I said, it’s in a beautiful location.
