The property was very nice and staying at Sea Colony was a plus. The only issues for us was no kitchen towel and the people above walking.

Good. Not far from the beach. Getting started presented some minor challenges and was surprised by the "amenities fee" hidden in the intro letter. But otherwise, it was a good location, nice condo, and the employees were very friendly.

great Sea Colony condo

If you've been to Sea colony before, you already know how great it is.As for this unit, i gave the check-in process and communication 4 stars instead of 5 because i had to go to Bear Trap Dunes to get a welcome packet, and I could have skipped that step if they had texted me the day before instead of when i was driving down there.Anyway, condo was great otherwise. Steps away from a pool, a tram stop, walking to the beach from the unit takes about 11 minutes.All appliances worked great and were clean. And bathrooms were new and very clean. Kitchen was also mostly new. I appreciated the fact that they gave us dish soap and a sponge at check in. The A/C was on a program i could only override but not change. It was set to reset itself constantly to 85 degrees a couple times a day. Which meant i was resetting it back to normal several times a day.My only real complaint which is probably being resolved is that there was no blinds on the back sliding door. I think that was under construction or was being repaired from previous damage. Not a big deal.I would rent this unit again without question.
