Captainâs Quarters (3rd Floor) â A private sanctuary with a king-size bed, an ensuite spa bathroom, a 50â Smart TV, and a private deck leading to the rooftop deck.
Broadside (3rd Floor) â Nautical-inspired with a queen bed, a twin bed, custom wood walls, and a large workspace perfect for getting some quiet work done.
Headwind (2nd Floor) â Features two twin bunk beds, a closet, dresser, and a private deck.
Cutwater (2nd Floor) â A queen-size retreat with a 50â Smart TV, closet, and dresser.
Admiral (2nd Floor) â Spacious king-size room with a 50â Smart TV, closet, and dresser.
Tailwind (2nd Floor) â A queen-size bed, work desk, walk-in closet, and dresser.
Living Room #2 (2nd Floor) â Tucked away from the seating area we have a twin daybed with a trundle.

Each of the four full bathrooms is stocked with plush towels, luxury toiletries, and all essentials needed for your stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi, walk-in shower and sizable closet. The second bathroom is located between bedrooms #3 and #4 and has a shower/tub combo. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower and is located between The Game Room and bedroom #6. The final bathroom is located on the first floor, right around the corner from the kitchen for convenience, and has a walk-in shower.

The driveway in the front of the home has room for 2 cars, and 2 additional cars can park in the garage. There is an extra parking lot around the side of the home where 4 additional cars can park. Please note this driveway is shared with The Nest (the cottage attached to the garage). The whole parking area can fit 6 cars, so we allow 2 spots for guests of The Nest.
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. The 2-car garage, as well as the washer/dryer located on the third floor, are available for guest use.
Each bedroom has its own portable AC unit, and first floor living area has a wall-mounted heat pump to keep things cool on those hot summer days.
Youâll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home. 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee applied to reservation.

DOG GUIDELINES:
- We have wonderful neighbors and the last thing we want to do is disturb them. If we are alerted of excessive barking we will need to ask guests to remove the dog from the property for the remainder of the stay. Please do not book this property if your dog is known to bark excessively.
- By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay.
- No dogs left home alone, no exceptions.
- 2 dog maximum, $250 pet fee per stay applied to reservation.
