This Nashville Riverfront lofts hotel-style studio is designed for comfort and convenience. While there’s no full kitchen, you're surrounded by Nashville’s best restaurants—perfect for a memorable night out before returning to relax in the plush king-size bed. End the evening with a cozy movie marathon, or wake up to fresh coffee as the city comes to life.

- Due to its historical significance as a row building constructed in 1875, this particular suite does not feature windows.

- Given that our building has historical significance, dating back to its construction in 1875 as part of a row building, on-site parking is not available. For the convenience of our guests, we recommend utilizing Metropolis Parking Garage at 210 Commerce Street. They have a sister site at 310 Commerce Street & you may enter/exit either of them 24/7. Both options are around $40/day.

- Security cameras are located above the front door, as well as in the front and back halves of the entrance hallway, monitoring these areas for added security.

Perfect location to Broadway. There was a hiccup with early arrival, we received an email stating that we can get into our room anytime after 12pm, normal check-in was 4pm. We arrived around 3-3:30 and couldn’t get into our room. (Keyless entry) However the property manager was there and let us into our room and gave us a key. The door code worked after 4pm and no trouble getting into our room afterwards. Room was great, bed was comfortable. Liked that there was a microwave and mini fridge. Exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, no windows to look outside either (didn’t bother us) but overall our stay was fantastic, couldn’t beat the location. It was my first time visiting Nashville and had a really good time Would stay there again!

Perfect location for walking Broadway and surrounding areas. We were pleasantly surprised we could not hear music or road noise while in our room. We felt safe at this location. The king size bed was very comfy. Room and bathroom were extremely clean. Check in was easy. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this location. Perfect for a couple's getaway! We will definitely try to book this location in the future.

The property was very nice, new and clean. I would stay again. The property did have a musty smell every time, when u first walked in.

Great location

The check in process was a debacle! They wanted a photo of my license, it has a hologram on it so i couldn't get a good picture of it that they would accept. They refused to call me. Finally got that handled, then we couldn't check in till 4:00 pm. The 2nd night a guy was yelling for hours in the middle of the night cuz he was locked out, when he finally got in, he and a woman were carrying on a loud conversation in the hall like it was 3 in the afternoon!

Perfect Location

Location was perfect. Close enough to the strip to stop in often, as needed. Apartment doesn’t have windows, so be careful to set alarms after a late night - It’s definitely comfy enough to sleep in longer than you want. I had some email issues receiving updates, but host was very responsive through text to provide information. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location

Came in for a concert, quick overnight trip and just needed a place to lay our heads at night. The location was perfect. Very close to all the downtown activities and an easy walk to most attractions. Unbelievable that is was so quiet in our room being located next to a very popular bar. This is just the basics, nothing fancy. We felt very safe. Be aware there is no window in this unit. We would come back and maybe rent one of the upper units with windows and stay longer. All in all worth the price.

Ideal location without breaking the bank

The property was just a block away from all the excitement on Broadway, making it the perfect location for enjoying the strip. The room was easy to access with a parking garage about a block down. Parking costs 40 per day, but in total this place is still less expensive than any decent hotel in the vicinity of Broadway. The room was clean, and felt like a hotel room without windows. I would stay here again!

This is a prime location if you wish to explore Broadway! We are local and booked this room to avoid driving afterwards. It was super convenient to everything. Staying there again for sure! 10/10!!

Location Is Everything

Perfect location if your plan is to hit Broadway. 2nd Ave was completely shut down due to restoration but it honestly wasn’t much of an inconvenience at all. We parked at the SP+ parking lot on 2nd and Commerce and it was a very brief walk to the big blue door of the Nashville Riverfront Lofts. The room is small and there are no windows but you’re booking this spot for price and location, not luxury. Room was clean and access was easy. Take a left when you exit the building, take 30 steps and you’re right in front of Whiskey River Bar and ACME. Would book again.

In the middle of it all

This unit was AS advertised. Very secure, clean, modern and perfectly located to everything the Nashville nightlife has to offer. You can easily walk to every bar and restaurant up and down Broadway. Parking in the recommended structure was a breeze and super close to where you stay. Book your parking online in advance and save yourself time and money. Considering its proximity to all of the bars and live music, it was very quiet in our room. Definitely recommend staying here.
