It was our first time staying here and will definitely stay here again. The condo has everything needed and is perfect for a family of four. The location is amazing with a very short walk to the beach. Pool was great and the roof top has easy access to watch the sunset. Communication with the host was prompt and access to unit very easy.

The host was very communicative. The apartment was very clean and came with all the basics (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, hand soap) Both rooms had king beds and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and close by restaurants

Clean, pleasantly decorated, everything we needed. Management went over an above to accommodate, they were amazing. Views better than expected, especially rooftop patio. Great location.

The unit fit my family’s needs with having a full kitchen, and the living room was spacious for us the gather in the evenings.It was very clean and very comfortable beds in both rooms. I really loved that it also provided beach chairs and umbrellas for our beach days. The host was very quick to respond to a couple of questions I had prior to check in. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Cocoa Beach great location

Zareh Haden with Palm Stays was one of the best and convenient of all the host we have booked through VRBO .We were very happy with the condo and location . Very nice vacation.

Perfect location!

This property was a perfect location within walking distance to the pier, shops and restaurants. The rooftop gives a spot for beautiful view and the direct access to the beach was great. I love that the condo provided items for the beach.

Cocoa Beach

Loved the location. Pool was nice and had afternoon shade. My only complaint was the pool closed at 9pm to renters so that the permanent residents could have their privacy.

Amazing Stay

The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room to hang out inside. The roof top was awesome! The pool was great, bigger than pictures show. Had a great time with easy access to the beach. The grill area was wonderful, we cooked out and it was so nice to have that option.

Perfect stay for a family!

The only downside was that we didn’t get to stay longer. Perfect location right on the beach with heated pool and outdoor games. Condo was spotless and had everything we needed! Communication with Zareh could not have been any better!

Beach Getaway

Had a wonderful time. The property was spotless and the location was ideal. The beach seemed to go on forever. The check in was seamless and the information package was very detailed. We will definitely be back!!

Great Launch View

This venue gave us a spectacular view of a Spacex launch. The rooftop deck was perfect for this and for just hanging out! There were high top tables and chairs as well as regular sized seating and ample room. The apartment was comfortable and nicely decorated. We felt safe there.
