Our original plans were cancelled from hurricane Isiais so we pivoted and we landed on this resort instead and I’m so so glad we did. The condo was clean, spacious, and the whole property was adorable! The beach chairs and umbrella came in so handy! We truly had the best vacation!! We were able to see a space X launch and watch from the roof! Our kids had the best time! Zareh was super quick w/ communication and made sure all was well. We’re already planning on coming back! Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Very nice side beach view…even from master bed. Condo was very clean and well equipped. Location was perfect! Pool area was wonderful and beach access was super convenient. We’ll be back!

Check in was a breeze. Communication was very responsive and quickly solved any minor problems. The location was fantastic and beautiful. Rooftop deck was great to hang out and watch a launch. Plenty of parking. Will definitely stay here again.

Great condo, close to everything. The roof deck is such a nice place to have a sunset cocktail/wine. Great watching rockets lift off from the cape. Great communication with host!

We had an excellent stay. The check-in process was super simple. Simply went to our room and entered the code emailed to me days prior. The host was very easy to reach and even communicated issues with the pool's heater. There was also a special event where there was free ice cream, which my youngest absolutely loved.

Easily come back

The place was so perfect. Location was excellent. Watched both day and night launches from Cape Canaveral/Kennedy Space Center (so cool!!). Host was super accommodating and took care of us all the way. Would definitely come back to Cocoa Beach and stay here again.

Spring Break 2023

Very nice, clean, easy access to the ocean and close to Cocoa Beach Pier. My kids also loved the pool. We will definitely stay here again.

Long weekend

The property manager is very communicative. We had an easy check in. The building was wonderful, and the pool/access to the beach right by the pier was perfect. We had a wonderful time and would come back again.

We’ve been coming to the cocoa beach area for 20+ years, and always love staying at Chateau By the Sea! Everyone is awesome and the condo is always clean!

Chateau by the Sea

Wonderful place to stay, clean, maintained well, great pool, clean, shuffle board, grills and picnic area to sit and enjoy the outdoor. Easy access directly on the beach. Only place to have a rooftop view of the entire beach area. We really enjoyed staying there. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great get away from the snow!

We had a great time! It is in a great location. Close to a lot of food and fun. Grocery store a few blocks away. Great access to the beach or pool. Very well stocked condo. We will be back!

Nice location near Pier. Enjoyed the ease of walking onto beach just steps away. Was able to easily walk on the beach every morning to get my exercise in. The condo had the beach chairs and umbrella available for use. We had a very tranquil beach week so we could decompress. The pool was nice. Wish it was bigger but was usable.

The only visibility we had was at an angle to the beach. It was still beautiful but, the palm trees were between the balcony and the oceanWe loved the area, beach accessibility, proximity to restaurants and grocery store. The unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and in a good location. Nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool was nice but my favorite place to go was the rooftop deck. I would definitely return.

Great property and location

Needed to travel for work and mix in some pleasure. Found this gem near the Cocoa Beach Pier. Views of the ocean, short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo property is in very good shape. I’ll return.

Loved every minute!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo! Clean, spacious, every amenity we needed and more! Location was perfect - a few steps to the beach, the pier, a few shops and restaurants as well. If you couldn't walk where you wanted to go, it was a super quick drive. The hosts were incredible with excellent communication! Would 12/10 recommend staying here!!

close to the pier grounds and building aremaintained well property was as described. We had issues with our fridge and it was replaced right away. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot.

The place was very clean but the looks of the furnishings in the condo were not the same as the furniture that’s actually in the condo . The Vrbo representative Zareh was very pleasant and kept in touch !
